If you are used to the WeHo location don’t make the mistake of coming here. I ordered a wellness shot and açaí bowl which was tasteless, the bananas were pre frozen and the granola was soggy. Also, It’s not easily accessible since its inside the gym. Real talk it was the worst açaí bowl I’ve had in 6 years.

If you are coming here as I did to get an acai bowl, go somewhere else. Stupidly overpriced at 10 dollars and doesn’t have any special ingredients that calls for that price. Just the usual, acai/banana/strawberries(no other berries btw). It’s amazing how in Orange County you can get a same sized bowl with more ingredients for like 7 – 8 dollars. And the flavor?! Bland. The acai doesn’t even taste tart like other places does which is the thing that I love about acai. Maybe it’s because they water it down so much with hemp milk which is not a good combination at all. Other problems: the employee didn’t know how to explain where their location was. To start off, it would have helped to let me know it’s inside the equinox gym. The only option for parking is valet and the staff of Equinox/staff at earthbar and lastly the valet staff are all divided on the issue of validation. So be sure you are damn lucky to get a validation from the front desk(the equinox staff at the front desk was like«oh valet is 10 dollars, earthbar nor us validate, not every staff is like me and nice so I’m giving you a validation but it’s always 10 dollars» but she sort of gave me an attitude as if she was doing me a huge favor when I was there for all of maybe 5 minutes. Srsly? Ugh. I was trying to have a happy day because I have a freaking MCAT to worry about. Don’t effing go here. I was trying to save my driving time instead of going to the weho location but I bet I would have had a better and more pleasant experience there. Oh and wtf, while I was eating I noticed a huge chunk of unblended acai ice block. Wow. The employees don’t even know how to run the blender

I had my first acai bowl here, and boy am I glad it happened! The bowl is a huge 20-oz. tub-looking container of acai greatness. It’s smooth and tasty, and includes a generous amount of granola, strawberry, and banana. I always split this into two containers and share with somebody else because otherwise, I would have enough calories for the whole day! Yesterday, my friend got a cold & sinus shot(they strongly recommended it since she said she was really congested and felt terrible), and they offered her«chasers” – juice, water, apple. Not many people go the extra mile like this and offer something to make the customer feel better after a shot of nasty-tasting wellness liquid. Although the prices are a bit steep for my taste, the quality of food and service make up for them.

The WeHo location is tough to beat, and this one is more of a quick fix. They can still make all the same items, the experience is just clunkier. I was the only person there and it still took a number of minutes to get my juice on. I still wish they’d ice their juices. Lukewarm juice is just a weird experience, man.
