Century 21NM does not even deserve one star! I was assigned realtor Mary«Micki» Lyons through USAA’s movers advantage program. Initially, she was nice and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Once my house was listed on August 20, 2014, I started to question her«lack of» marketing strategies and commitment to getting my house sold as soon as possible. She insisted that people shop for houses online and that my listing was on several online websites and disregarded any other marketing strategy I suggested. I asked for an open house and she responded, «All you are doing is feeding realtors who have nothing better to do than eat. I don’t go to them because I am too busy with real buyers. If a big fat lazy realtor needs a free lunch he can go get it someplace else. Not one of them EVER brought me a buyer.» I continuously asked to explore other marketing techniques and none was applied. On August 30, 2014, my boyfriend contacted her via telephone(I was present) and explained to her that we were dissatisfied with the lack of marketing techniques. He told her that we want to work with her, but we need her to step up to the plate and find additional ways to market our property. He reiterated that we read her emails explaining that houses in our neighborhood usually stay on the market for 47 days, but we believe if we did more than what was being done that we could beat those odds together. Apparently, Micki was unhappy with the feedback she received from us and decided to drop me as her client. She removed our contact information from the system realtors use to schedule showings of the house(CSS) and assigned my listing to another realtor without my consent. Next thing we know, we get a call from Marcus Rondeau indicating that he was provided our listing from Micki and will be assisting us moving forward. But there’s a catch — he wanted to increase the agreed upon commission(reflected in our exclusive listing agreement) and reduce the listing price. At this point, my house was on the market for less than two weeks and had a consistent flow of showings. So Micki sends me an email on September 1, 2014 saying, «very glad that Marcus is able to represent you» as if this was previously discussed and not a unilateral decision made by her. Excuse you! To make a long story short, Micki didn’t like being called out on her PISSPOOR marketing skills, dumped my listing to someone else unbeknownst to me, and shut down the system to schedule showings without letting us know. No one at Century 21NM wanted to uphold the agreed upon listing terms and/or apologized for the lack of professionalism not to mention the inconvenience. I would not recommend Micki to anyone and I would not recommend using Century 21NM. I do not know of any company that doesn’t want to make things right and abide by a signed agreement. I received a letter dated August 28, 2014 from Branch Leader Jeff Hetherington thanking me for placing my trust and confidence in Micki Lyons and Century 21NM. BS — when he called me on September 3, 2014 he defended Micki’s actions and did not try to offer any resolve. Excellence is NOT their only standard nor are they committed to providing distinguished quality service to their clients!!! I actually have emails and recorded phone calls to prove it!

Jody Donaldson is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He’s energetic, outgoing, and smart, he knows his stuff. He went out of his way while I was out of town to ensure my property was ready for sale, and even coordinated with contractors to get some renovations/repairs done. HIGHLY recommended.

The team of Melissa Larson and Christy Stuart are incredible. I was referred to them by my relocation company and they were incredible. Between my relocation company ordering Chinese drywall tests a week before closing and them having a FHA loan I thought it just wasn’t going to get done, but they pulled though. And it got even harder because towards the end when they were tracking down the buyer’s agent in Europe. had hit the jackpot with my realtor.
