We had a blow-​out of the freeway and limped our way into the shop. We called ahead and when we pulled in, they waved us into a stall and had our new tire waiting for us. The service was impressive. They walked and talked us through all of our options and they did so in a very professional manner. This is blue-​collar America at its best!

Been calling around for prices on tires, The guy that answered the phone said he had some used ones and when I asked him the price he said 50.00 each. for $ 3 less I can get new ones at Walmart for the same exact tire. What I don’t get is why they sell used tires for almost the new price when they get them for free from the customer. Even les shwab gives used tires away and just charges 25.00 to mount and balance. If you need tires check another store. Besides overcharging they customer service and politeness severely lacks.

Passing through town and got a flat on the interstate. Got to the shop right when they opened. The guy walked through his inventory because he was sure there was a more cost effective option than what was showing in the computer– since we have an AWD vehicle we had to replace all four tires. Small shop– had to use manual jacks. Got us in and out in less than an hour. If we ever get stuck in Centralia with a flat again we will be back.

I used to go to Les Schwab but service is a lot better here and they have free wifi. It’s the the same people working here year after year so if you come in on a regular basis they will remember who you are and take care of you.
