Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Haven’t been to Baskin Robins in a long time, but stopped in last night. New owner was behind the counter and was very cheery and welcoming as well as was the other employees. Will definitely be back sooner than later next time!

I’m sorry to say this but, 1 star is more than they deserve. If I could give negative stars, I would. I walked in to try a sample of the flavor of the month and I noticed upon tasting it that it was freezer burnt. So I tried another flavor, that too was freezer burnt. And for the topping on the ice cream, the employee was less than pleasant. He
seemed bothered by my presence. And this is probably why I never see people at this place.

Not sure what happened to their famous «31 Flavors» but they certainly aren’t here! Count them, you’ll be shocked.
It’s Baskin-​Robbins. Not much to say about them. Other than their prices are the highest I’ve seen in years. Not sure if it’s the entire company or just this location but you pay darn near $ 3 for 2 scoops now!
My biggest complaint about this particular location is they can’t do an ice cream cake without screwing the writing on top, even when they write it down right there in front of you! OMG! My girlfriend went in and ordered a cake for my 54^th birthday and the lady wrote down on a piece of paper «Happy 54^th Birthday». Okay, so far so good. So when I girlfriend went to pick it up she figured there wasn’t any way to screw it up so she didn’t look at it. When she got it home and opened it, everyone (but me) got a huge laugh. It said «J lappy 45^th Birthday». What the heck? Okay, it was SUPPOSED to say «Happy» but the lady didn’t cross the H so it looked like «J lappy», and it was SUPPOSED to be 54^th, not 45^th!!! I give them credit for giving me back 9 years of my life, but still can’t believe they screwed up 3 simple words! I complained on their facebook page (actually added to the other tons of complaints there) and their response was «We’re sorry. Please feel free to call customer service» and gave me the phone number and hours of operation. Like they would do anything!
So, if you ever order a cake from this Baskin-​Robbins, MAKE SURE you open the box and check it before you leave!!!

A solid 2 stars and the totally adorable girls manning the counters, but I had a seriously overmilked and undericecreamed shake here that was really disappointing. Don’t be stingy with the ice cream!
