The Summit at Cross Creek is the première student housing community for the Central/​Clemson area. You will most certainly fall in love with our Clemson housing community nestled among rolling hills and fields where «Stay Classy» takes on a whole new meaning. The Summit’s private location provides its residents and guests with serenity and privacy, yet downtown Clemson is only minutes away, with free Clemson Area Transit– Red Route to and from campus. Set just off Highway 93, the Summit is just steps away from Central’s indoor and outdoor recreation centers, as well as the Pickens County Library and Central City Hall. Award-​winning area schools include Clemson Elementary, R.C. Edwards Middle School, Daniel High school, Tri County Technical College, Southern Wesleyan University and Clemson University.

The apartment complex is outdated and not managed well. If you need anything done, you must harass the office or beg to talk to different people until someone finally knows what they are doing. There are not many students living out here so that could either be a pro or con depending on your lifestyle. It is far from Clemson’s campus. There is no gym, but you do get a discounted membership at Gold’s Gym. Large bedrooms, but VERY outdated.
