I’ve shopped at this store for years. It may have been my first Nike outlet experience. Its a large store for the outlet mall. They have a huge presence. That’s great. You can find great deals on sneakers here if you take your time and look for them. But you will have to take your time. And they don’t have a lot of staff to help you. They also carry clothes and some sport items. I’m focused on the sneakers so cant speak in detail to other things. However, they always look well organized and neatly presented. 3 stars, chain. 1910

They have good sale but nothing you cannot find in shops in soho. They have excellent customer service! I forgot a bag with two brand new pairs of converse in it. They day after I called the store they send it to me in Nyc through fedex without charging me for anything!

I bought a shoes from clearance section and came back home and check all the receipts. Surprisingly one of item was charged $ 20 more then what it advertised. I called them to get the difference back and i got the money back. CHECKYOURRECEIPTBEFORE you leave the outlet!

Called two times to make an over the phone purchase on a item put on hold for me by a representative. On both counts they put me on hold and never returned to assist me. Terrible service.

Good deals saved some money, but they did not take my nike coupon.

Would be 3.5 stars… This store is really big, and the atmosphere is cool! You would have to look closely to see what is on sale and what is not. There were times when I wanted some clothing, but the staff people told me that they didn’t have my size at all for a particular style. That was disappointing. Also, be prepared for long lines. I’ve always liked Nike, which is why I always come back to see if they have anything nice at a good price.

When I was younger(read: more active), I needed to replace my sneakers at least once a year. Now that I’m older(read: less active), I can get away with replacing them every 2 – 3 years. And whenever my sneakers need to be replaced, I plan a trip here. It’s true that the discounts/deals are few & far between for Nike shoes in general, but this Factory Store is worth the visit when you need to upgrade your footwear. The shoe area is, in a word, FRUSTRATING. Tourists tend to use the benches as resting spots, spreading their bags & suitcases & whatever else in such a way that you can’t find a spot to sit & try on your shoes. The staff does their best, but they can’t keep up with the 20 boxes of unwanted sneakers the last family left scattered on the bench. So be patient, find a quiet corner, & I’m sure you’ll find something! Sneaker discounts never seem to be more than $ 10 – 20 off, but that counts, right? The staff is very informed. If you’re looking for something specific, don’t hesitate to ask them for help. The last time I was there, an employee recommended a certain style of sneaker for what I needed(medium workouts, long walks without blisters, great support) and I looooove them. I wear them almost every day! But get this — the deals to be found here come in the clothing section. Gym clothes, running shorts, tearaway pants, and(limited) team gear is usually discounted. A trip to the Nike Factory Store means I stock up on sports bras for myself & dri-fit tshirts for the men in my life. And the clearance rack is your friend! Do not skip this section! It’s well-organized, with several racks in both men’s & women’s and you will find something in your size. TRUST.

Long lines show how popular it is, but with a double-store layout, there’s plenty of room inside for displays, shoes, clothes and gear. Lots of material, but rarely a good sale. I guess Nike never really needs to go on-sale. Shorts and clothes aren’t bad, though, they have some good deals — saw people’s eyes light up when they found a witty shirt here and there.

The line is always a mile long but it moves fairly quickly. I come by every season to see what goes on sale. I’m always disappointed by the apparel as it seems like they NEVER go on sale but I can always find a good deal on the sneakers. I’ve found Nike Free’s for $ 20… $ 20!!! Props.

not a bad store but they should have a strict if you have a big ass piece of luggage to either check it in, or not allowed in. seriously this girl was walking around with a huge person could probably fit inside it piece of luggage. while talking annoyingly on her cell phone and not really watching where she was going. that’s more of the person I hated in the store and not the store itself but they let her in with that thing! come on. it’s a store not the airport.

With having both timing and an eye, you can get some awesome things. I got two shorts for $ 6.00 each! Sweet. They are tech shorts and were on the clearance rack. Other than that, the prices are pretty good overall. I’m always on the look out for my perfect sneaks in the price point that I want.

The best NIKE outlet ever. Most items are cheap and you can always scoop up some exclusives.

Their selection of shoes were less than to be desired however the clothing was more than ample. My brother went gaa-gaa over the sweats as he wears them religiously. Luckily he’s not into the sweat suits…

Of all the Nike Factory stores I’ve been to, this one seems annoying disorganized. The layout of the store is similar from factory store to factory store. One thing I found poorly executed is the check out lines. They have it so there are multiple cashiers in the middle of the section, but when I was there everyone was lining up on one side of the wall. This results in numerous people miss the line up and just end up inadvertently cutting the line by going to a cashier directly. The staff don’t really seem to clean anything here or re-organize misplaced items which means you’re tripping over boxes and usually frustrated. I suggest you get in quick and get out quick as you can to avoid a surging feeling of annoyance.
