We also have heavenly cheesecake and our famous «doogles» which are bite sized sugar & cinnamon covered fried dough. Uncle Chubby’s is the perfect destination for all of your late night cravings. Our Syracuse store is open till 3:00 am on Friday and Saturday. We are open 7 days a week. Uncle Chubby’s is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance.
