I took my cat, who had been attacked by neighborhood dogs, to Roxanne Vet Clinic. His abdomen had been severely damaged, but the vet said they could absolutely fix him. They kept him a week, did surgery, and told us to pick him up on a Monday afternoon. When we got there, we were informed by the office staff that they HADN’T NOTICED THAT HIS ANUS WAS RIPPED OPEN and he could not be saved. What the hell had they been looking at for a week? !?! They were kind enough to hand us a bill for over $ 1,000, though. Never again. If negative stars were an option, I would give them a ton. Just because you inherited a vet practice from your daddy does NOT mean that you are proficient at it, but I guess Kevin Starnes had to pay for that fancy new building somehow.
