Established in 2001.

Mark Philips Salon and Spa was established in 2001 by husband and wife team Marty and Jennifer Bianculli.

Business Owner

Marty’s tenure in the beauty industry spans nearly four decades. His artistic and technical skills have added over 40 national and international awards to his credentials. including the prestigious Hairstylist of the Year award presented by the NHCA and he is the only designer to successfully win the Ohio State Hair Stylist of the Year award two consecutively. With this extensive amount of experience Marty has structured a training and internship program every Mark Philips Salon/​Spa hair designer has participated in. Our designers are not only known for their skills, but how good they make you feel.

Jennifer oversees all aspects of Mark Philips Salon and Spa and specializes in customer service, training, product and service development. Jennifer has graduate-​level education in personnel management and research methods as well as over 10 years of experience in customer service and managing heath and beauty aid retail departments.
