Jim Slatt – State Farm Insurance Agent

Someone threw a rock into my back driver side window, so I called state farm about the repairs. Carol at the office filed a claim for me right away and told me what to expect. She was very empathic and I was very happy with the service until she told me I would have to continue the claim through the 1 – 800 number. Oh no, when I hear 1 – 800 number I hear «horrible customer service». Wow was I wrong. I called the team to which my claim was assigned and talked with a super sweet mom-​like agent. Who explained my benefits in full and was also very empathetic. She sent me my shop options (though she made it clear I did not have to use the list) via email and I called back after my selection. At this point I spoke with another mom-​like super pleasant woman who completed my claim. I then proceeded to tell everyone around me about my pleasant experience as I was honestly surprised.
Jim Slatt’s office has always been pleasant, helpful, and honest, but I was honestly surprised with the great customer service I received.
