This review is strictly on their customer service over the phone. I did not have a service through them and my phone call was brief. It was a lady who answered the phone, did not catch her name. I was calling to ask for a quote. Anyways, she was very abrupt and rude, pretty much sounded like I was bothering her by calling. I’ve had plenty of customer service jobs and know how one should be over the phone talking to potential customers and this was definitely not the way to be. So, just by that alone I would not do business with them, plus their prices were more than my other quotes.
