Costello’s Ace Hardware

This is another business that lost me as a customer before I ever was one. The one time I walked into this place was a while back. They had a circular out with LED lights on sale. I couldn’t find them, so I went up front to the register area where 2 – 3 a-​holes were just hanging around wasting time. I asked where the bulbs were that were on sale, and one of the a-​holes just points back in the general direction I just came from. Well, I finally did find and grabbed 3.
When I went to check out, they rang up at over double what they were advertised for. When I pointed this out, one of the geniuses told me that the circular I had must not have been theirs.
Now, I’m not the brightest bulb in the box, but I think I would recognize an Ace Hardware circular if I saw one.
I left the light bulbs on the counter, and took a hike… never been back, either… nor would I. Ever. This is a shop that could give less than a fat rats ass for their customers.

this place always has the most diverse assortment of household items and gifts for fam and friends. It’s weird I know but Ace Hardware is like a variety store meets hardware store mutant. it’s great. The employees are exceptionally helpful and personable, they can tell you exactly where to find whatever you are looking for. Ace always have tons of seasonal items Christmas decorations and lights in Fall and patio furniture outdoor decorations the rest of the year. Of course you can also buy your plumbing, electrical, paint and hardware here too. if that’s what you are looking for.
