History

Established in 2003.

Ted Bateman and Grace Brooks acquired the franchise rights from Exit Realty for Carroll County and opened our doors in 2003. Since than, we have opened a branch office in North Conway and another in Wakefield. We have grown from 2 agents to 16 agents

Business Owner

Ted founded Exit Realty Leaders in 2003, following years of real estate experience with other real estate companies. After spending 25 years in the insurance business and owning and managing several of his own companies, Ted under took the task of finding the best real estate business model available. The only model that made sense to him was the EXIT Realty model that emphasized that the agents were the assets of the company and offered an agent the ability to earn more than 100% of the commission. In additon to that, they offered a retirement and death benefit program, just like real people with real jobs.

Ted and his wife Carol, who is also a Realtor®, live in Ossipee.
