History

Established in 1987.

Proudly Serving the Community for over 20 years. Founded by Richard & Mary Chynoweth in 1987. The Dairy Freezzz quickly grew to become the hot spot for a cool treat, and The Official End to Winter”. Endearly called Mr & Mrs «C» by all who have come to know them. They have since retired and unfortunely, Mr «C» has passed on. Their son Rick purchase the Dairy Freezzz in 1996, and was the proud owner until 2008. He sold the Dairy Freezzz to a lifelong friend and longtime employee of Dairy Freezzz. Suzanne Cox continues to strive for awesome customer service and outstanding quality that Dairy Freezzz is known for.

The quality is on point, but the prices are a little steep. That’s the only thing I wish was different. The staff is always nice, and they never mess anything up. Try the ice cream/​slushy blend. It is so good!

I have been going to this place since i was a child. The staff is fast and friendly. I like the different varieties of ice craem you can get there. Our son usually gets a kids vanilla cone dipped in cherry i usually get the turtle parfait. I will drive out of my way to visit this place.

We’ve gone twice and the frozen yogurt tastes like chemicals. Both times we couldn’t eat it… The full-​fat stuff is good though.

A local ice cream joint that has been around since dinosaurs roamed the City of Center Line. Been going here since I was a little girl and would highly recommend it to anyone. The Dirt Sundae was always my favorite– Closed during the winter months. Go and support a local business!

Stopped here on a whim on the way to a show. Standard soft serve fare with lightning fast service. I got the «dirt sundae» (small size only $ 1.99), and it came with cute candy eyes and a gummy worm mouth. I had to take a picture before eating it because it was so adorable. I am not often in this part of town, but if I was again I would stop by again.
