Dr. Smith and his team could not have done a better job on my nose surgery. I chose Dr. Smith because of his focus on facial plastic surgery — with so many doctors who do breast implants, tummy tucks, nose surgeries, and face lifts all in the same office, finding a doctor who focuses his expertise on the face was very important to me. Because Dr. Smith only operates on the face and neck, he is truly an expert in both aesthetic and structural nuances of facial plastics. Dr. Smith addressed all of my concerns with an artistic flair. My nose has a wonderful shape that has enhanced all of my facial features, given me a more youthful appearance, and I can breathe better. It turned out better than I ever could have imagined! Thank you so much!

I grew up with a crippling insecurity about my nose. Actually… other things as well lol… but the nose got all the insults and wisecracks from people, so that was what I obsessed over. I waited forever to get a nose job because a) it was so flipping expensive, and b) what if the surgery went wrong?
Well I finally couldn’t take it anymore, ended up biting the bullet, and had a rhino done by another Dr. here in Denver. Ugh! It turned out extremely crooked and one side collapsed over time. I couldn’t afford to fix it right away, so just had to live with it for a few years. Crippling insecurity + botched surgery = borderline suicidal. lol I have to laugh about it, but know this is an honest review. Anyone considering this type of surgery can relate to how stressful and life consuming insecurities can be.
Once I saved up enough money and did my proper research, I found my way to Dr. Smith’s office. I think I got his name from his appearances on the Extreme Makeover TV show. He was extremely nice and confident… and didn’t make any false promises. Dr. Smith even gave me references to other top facial surgeons. When I called those other surgeons, they gave Dr. Smith solid reviews as well… so I closed my eyes and moved forward with another few years of savings. He said we probably were not going to get a perfect outcome given the bad shape my nose was in… but he did aim for it and gave me hope I could live a life without obsessing about it.
Well he did a phenomenal job. My profile is PERFECT. He raised the tip… reshaped the bridge… just a spectacular job. One side is a LITTLE asymmetrical, but it’s not noticeable to anyone else but me. Given the awful mess my nose was in going into this office… the fact he could salvage it and make something so great is really impressive. I have no doubt that if I would have went to him first, it would be a perfect 10. This review comes maybe 6 years later, and it’s stood the test of time.
I cannot give him any more praise for Dr. Smith’s skills as a surgeon. Not only did he give me a life without nose insults… he did it with a lopsided mess to start with. Can’t remember the cost of this, but is that really important? It was a lot. So what. I would have paid double to get this outcome.

Doctor Smith and staff couldn’t have been more professional, with exceptional results: I made an emergency visit to Dr. Smith and his team after an industrial accident at my job. I showed up at his office with an extremely bad gaping slash on my lower forehead directly above my left eye. My only goal was to look semi-​normal from this traumatic accident. After multiple surgical and laser visits, I can say without hesitation, that Dr. Smith has made the potential scar from what could’ve been a disfiguring accident DISAPPEAR. Here is the best part — I am writing this review some 18 years (yes, eighteen years!) after the accident and corrective surgery and his work has stood the test of time. There is no substitute for experience, professionalism, compassion, and high quality work — Dr. Smith and team deliver unsurpassed results!

I am SO glad we found Dr. Smith. Our daughter needed a procedure, and we’d gone to 4 other places, I found Dr. Smith online and made an appointment here. Dr. Smith was wonderful! His staff is fantastic, kind, patient, knowledgable. He had all the time in the world for us, and spoke to our daughter like an adult. I am so glad we came to his office. He showed us pictures, even ones taken during surgeries so we could know exactly what to expect. the surgery went just like he said it would. I called the office a couple times that evening to ask questions, and they were very kind and understanding. (When it’s your kid, you want to make sure everything goes as well as it can.) I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smith and his staff. Thank you so much.

I had the combination of cheek and neck lift, liposculpture around the mouth and lower face, and CO 2 laser to the face neck and chest. I am almost 4 weeks out from my procedures and my husband and I are thrilled with the results I now look like I feel inside; much much younger than my 60 plus years. Dr. Smith and his staff are fabulous and professional, and extremely supportive.

I recently had my upper and lower eyes done by Dr. Smith. I had been through a lot of stress over the last couple of years and every time I looked in the mirror, all I saw was the stress (that is now gone). Having my eyes done was almost ceremonial for me in letting go of the memories of what I had been through. I am so please with the results, it looks very natural and fresh! I often get comments like, «I love your haircut, or did you cut your hair» when I am wearing it the same way I always have. It just gives me a natural more positive look and feel about life. So glad I did it and so glad I used Dr. Smith!

I am a new patient and am so lucky that Dr. Smith did my neck lift, chin implant and rhinoplasty in December 2013! Everything he did was so subtle that I do not look pulled or unnatural at all, but I do look so much younger. I also had fractional laser — 3 sessions and now I have no wrinkles and I am 52! My husband kept looking at my face and could not believe how great it looked. He is going to get his neck done also by Dr. Smith. I feel so good about myself and am so grateful to Dr. Smith. To me, the best plastic surgery is when no one can tell you had it, just that you look really good and that is what I got from Dr. Smith. I will be a patient for life! I love his staff too!

It is 1 year after my «face lift» and I look into the mirror and think…“I need a facelift”. Ugh — this is after $ 13,000 of surgery. My jowls starting coming back about six months after the surgery and the skin above one of my eyes is flapping as bad as before I paid the big bucks for Dr. Smith to make me look «beautiful». Dr. Smith performs a mini facelift — HE DOES NOT PERFORM FULL, TRADITIONAL FACELIFTS. As I learned after the surgery. AVOID. He will charm the bucks right out of your wallet. Then when you go back with concerns, he gives you the deer in the headlights look and says he doesn’t know what you’re talking about because YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!!

I had a neck and lower face lift by Dr. Smith about 18 months ago. Without a doubt, it was the best money I ever spent on myself! Not a day passes that I don’t think about how much my life has changed for the better since I had this done. My employer and one of my sons both told me that Dr. Smith took 20 years off of me. I couldn’t be happier!!!
