I went to Pearle Vision at Southglenn, and I have to say, I am a very pleased customer. Dr. Watters was awesome and the staff was very polite and helpful. I made a mistake by giving my credit card instead of my HSA debit card, and they said «no problem». We’ll fix it for you. All with a smile. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. I bought my ultra light frames at a 50% discount. I can’t argue with that! :)

5 stars? Not enough. It is important for an optometrists to get the prescription right, and they do that. However they don’t stop their, customer service is a number one focus for this office. That’s why they deserve more then 5 stars. I didn’t even need glasses but every question asked was answered before I got the chance to ask by Dr. Waters. He explained to me why I might be feeling pain on one eye, and made suggestions to help me. On top of that I also saw the opticians up front constantly talking to people and helping them find good pairs of glasses. My family and I didn’t know how important eye care was until going to this office, and now we are becoming regulars. Thanks Pearl Vision! And All About Eyes LLC!!!
