Nail Tek Spa

They have changed the name to Nails V and given the place a full make over. They have really great prices. I’m surprised more people don’t come here? Maybe because it’s kind of tucked back and there isn’t anything good surrounding so people don’t know it’s here. Anyway it’s always quiet so I never have to wait which is awesome. They have a deal mani and pedi for $ 21. I think they are express for that cost. A full pedi is 25 deluxe is 35. The décor is really great and in good shape. Some places get kinda worn out not here. Chairs are brand new and lots of nice décor touches. And a huge tv in case your phone dies like mine did ha! Everyone is really nice also. It’s off the beaten path but so much better than European Nails up the road. And better prices. Would recommend and I have tried them all in this neighborhood.

This little salon was a pretty good last minute find. They got me in half hour before they were scheduled to close… Not really knowing what to expect I sat down and tried to relax. The woman was very friendly who did my pedi. She most importantly took her time with detail, and we all know the best part of pedis are the massages at the end… She did it right and it wasn’t a quickey. I’d say I’d most certainly be back, just hopefully next time my water is a little bit more hotter… Just a preference, I like it hot!

I had not gone there since the new ownership and I won’t be going again. I got a French gel manicure and pedicure. I have had many get manicures and it was by far the worst one I have ever had. I had them done late one Monday afternoon. By Wednesday morning three nails had chipped. I left for a trip and by Thursday two nails were already peeling on the tip. By the time the week was over half the white tips were gone. I was sightseeing; not doing dishes or house work or cooking etc. It DEFINITELY was not worth the money. The pedicure was somewhat better but the owner did it and he was in such a hurry he was very rough and the scraping hurt. Three nails were messed up by the time I sat down for the manicure. They get people in and out in 30 minutes and don’t spend much time. In defense of the old owners they would take 2 hours to do a pedicure and and get manicure.

This place is a hidden gem — best deal nearby ($ 30 for a mani/​pedi!) AND they do a very good job! Free bottle of water, clean environment, great service. It’s not fancy but for the money you won’t do better.

This place is wonderful! Great staff, greeted with a bottle of water and the regular pedicure is bang for your buck. I’m going to try the deluxe next time to see what more they could possibly do. The regular pedicure felt like a deluxe. I’m definitely coming back here.

Today was the first time I’ve been here in years and it was so much better then it used to be. The ladies working were very friendly and did a great job! I live in Arvada now but my family lives down here so when I come to visit I will be sure to stop in again!

I just went there today and had a great experience– everyone was very nice, the person who gave me a mani and pedi really paid attention to detail, was very reasonably priced ($ 30 total for regular mani and pedi), clean and very relaxing (they were playing piano music and had the TV on low and it was a show abt Hawaii). Laura was great, and the owner brought us waters and was very thoughtful.

New management and so much better than it used to be! The pedicure was very thorough, they were friendly and the prices were so reasonable!

This place is under new ownership and it really shows! The extra personal touches set this place apart from the rest. They are very thorough and friendly, and the prices are right on… a very good value for the service you receive!

Pleasant staff. Good pedicure. Greeted with bottle of water. Nice touch. Clean.
My favorite part of the pedi is the leg and foot massage. Fell short here. Only about 2 minutes per leg.

New owner, new experience! Since the new owner, Minh, stepped in, everything has changed! He’s the owner of the 5 star Nails Touch on Krameria. Must go, will be back again!

I was extremely disappointed this time. I requested an appointment with Kim only to find out she was busy when we arrived for our nail/​mani and pedi appointment. The woman, maybe owner/​co-​owner or manager did my manicure and pedicure. It was rushed, my heels were not taken care of and my manicure was awful. If you go here, see Kim. definitely not the manager/​owner. Very disappointed. I am extremely loyal when I find a manicurist I like.. looks like I will be on the search…

After receiving a full refund from Vina at Nail Tek, I feel compelled to update my review. I am going to give them a star for issuing me a refund. I appreciate a business person who attempts to right a wrong.
If you are unsatisfied with a service you get at Nail Tek, ask for Vina, and perhaps she can help.
I can’t say that I would recommend this business for waxing, but Vina understands enough about customer service to know that refunds certainly help an unhappy client.

I went to nail tek today because i saw they did eyebrow waxing. The woman was friendly at first but she was too rough with me. She didnt even let me see my eyebrows after she finished. The first thing i noticed was that i still had wax on my eyelid after i walked out. I look at my eyebrows in the car and one is significantly shorter than the other and they are super thin. I specifically told her that i only wanted them cleaned. Dont go to this nail salon. There is a european wax center across the street that does a much better job!

My step daughter and I were having a girls day, so we picked this place randomly to get our pedicures. We were quite excited when we walked in and they were able to do us at the same time right away. (there were no other customers there at all). We did, by the way, think the place was cute. But we also felt weird there. When they were done with our feet, both girls just disappeared to the back. One of my big toes had a big bubble in the paint and I wanted to get it fixed, so we sat and waited for them to come back out. Finally the girl who did my daughter’s pedicure came back out, and I asked her if she could get my girl because I wanted my paint redone on my toe. She very nicely just did it herself. Then disappeared again. We kept thinking they would come back out and collect our money, but they never did. We decided to just get up and go wait by the cash register thinking they would come, but a man ended up coming up to us and collecting our money. We thought it was strange how the girls never came back out.
Over all, we really got a strange vibe from that place. The worst part of all is I ended up with an infection on my big toe and had to get antibiotics.
I know getting a pedicure, there’s always that chance of getting something gross to happen to your feet, but for sure I would not recommend this place. This is my first infection from getting my nails done, and they blew it. Now all I can do is write a bad review for them. I didn’t want to give them a star but I did since the place was kinda cute.

I had a pedicure here today and had absolutely nothing to complain about.
Quiet, clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Half the price as the place in southglenn and much nicer people and a better job!
Will come back for another pedicure and try them again!

I wrote a review on this place pretty immediately after my mom and I went there. Here’s an update:
The gel manicure that I got came off in a couple of days. Which has never happened to me. But more importantly, my mom developed a fungus on her nails. This is the first time she has ever had a problem with her nails (not to toot our own horns, but we have really nice, hard fingernails that kind of endure anything). Hers are coming away from her fingers. Do not go to this place.

Awesome service, awesome nail and pedicure! Went in with my husband today and called before hand… they were expecting us and did an awesome job on our nails and very friendly! The prices were right too! Definitely going to come back!

We tried them out, but won’t be back! The workers were friendly, but the spa pedicure water was cold, and the work was sloppy. I paid $ 70 for my daughter and I to have mani pedi’s and the polish they dis on my daughter was very sloppy and my polish chipped off two days later.

Okay so if you want to be a mani pedi snob and everything has to be perfect and your stylist has to speak flawless English this is probs not your place. If you want good work at an awesome price done by kind people and a friendly atmosphere then this is great. They were doing a special $ 35 for a mani pedi… Can’t really beat that. Better than the place across the street for sure (don’t get me started). I enjoyed my apt and would go back again. My only «criticism» would be that it isn’t as wonderful as one fancy place I’ve gone before but they were double the price and I have a family to feed.
