With over 15 years experience, Donielle Saxton, BA, CMT, KMI Practitioner, is committed to contributing to your health and well being.

Structural Integration (SI), Massage and Bodywork have been found to improve circulation, joint range-​of-​motion and flexibility.

They can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains — even anxiety and depression. These modalities are important in injury rehab as well.

History

Established in 1998.

I have a background in Athletic Training and certification as a Physical Therapy Aide. I also have my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. In 1998 I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with 670 hours of training. In 2003 I graduated from the KMI training course of Structural Integration with an additional 500 hours of training. In 2010, I received my certification in the 550 hour Cranial Sacral training from the CSHA. I have also taken courses in Visceral (organ) massage, 40 hour dissection courses and various other Anatomy and Massage related continuing education courses. I have the expertise to work with injuries and every day stresses.

I also enjoy educating others about the wonders of the body! I am an Associate Instructor for Anatomy Trains, I teach Anatomy for yoga instructors, and have taught at various massage schools in Colorado as well as internationally.
