History

Established in 2001.

For years, I was stuck in a terrible cycle of binge eating.

I would feel anxious, overeat to «escape», beat myself up about the binge, over exercise to make up for it, then the bingeing would start again. As this cycle continued, I began learning more and more about nutrition and exercise.

I figured the more I knew about food, the less I would binge. Boy, was I wrong. I only felt like even more of a failure and these feelings were just another trigger to my binge eating.

Through the years and many ups and downs of this cycle — I had finally had ENOUGH!

I realized this was a deeply ingrained habit, even an addiction that I had developed to avoid my emotions.

I decided to live in a new way.

After some trial and error, I got through this. After years and years of struggling — I am now able to manage my binge eating.

I developed the Binge Breakthrough program through the process that I found worked for me.

Business Owner

Shari Mitteco has had a passion for exercise since the age of 14 and has a deep joy in helping others bring out their personal power and confidence through health and wellness. Shari’s fitness journey began with her own cycle of yoyo dieting.

To combat the weight gain from emotional eating, Shari began to diet and exercise. Her struggle with the on again, off again diet cycle fueled her hunger for knowledge about nutrition and exercise.

Her passion and vast knowledge brought her into the personal training field in 2001 where she became certified in personal training and weight management consulting.

Through her own trial and error, she finally found the steps that worked for her to overcome her personal struggle with yoyo dieting and developed the Diet Terminator System from those steps.

She has successfully used the Diet Terminator program alongside exercise and nutrition to guide her clients into long lasting weight loss ever since.
