Welcome to Crepes a GO-​GO; artisanal crepes both traditional and with a modern twist!

We are two chefs passionate about food; specially crepes and Liege waffles. Our mission is to share our love of the culinary arts expressed through designer crepes and waffles! Chef Serge-​Patrick diligently works on finding the best seasonal ingredients locally grown in a sustainable way to incorporate into his unique recipes and flavors. Our crepes at Crepes a GO-​GO deliver a cuisine rooted in French culinary sensibilities with local fruits and vegetables at their seasonal peak, thus creating food that tells their story with a contemporary twist.

We are crepes aficionados, lovers and fanatics! We are a Colorado based business that loves to cater events or appear to present a special treat for employees, customers or family and friends. We are making the finest gourmet and best tasting crepes this side of the Atlantic and outside of France by using locals products prepared simply with exceptional technique. From simple Nutella/​Banana to Sausage and wild mushrooms, mixed berries with cheesecake mousse and basil crystals, we make flavorful masterpieces. You will not believe how delicious our crepes are!

History

Established in 2011.

I was raised in Belgium. Even though I am an aviator by trade I longed to become a chef in order to bring the very best traditional crepes and waffles, I was privy to as a young child back home, to Colorado’s culinary community. Upon completing my professional training at Denver’s Johnson & Wales University I exchanged my pilot’s wings for a chef coat in order to establish Crepes a’ Go­-​Go bistro Creperie and take my recipes of authentic French Crepes and Liege waffles to the Mountains and Plains of Colorado.

Crepes a GO-​GO delivers a cuisine rooted in French culinary traditions with local fruits and vegetables at their seasonal peak, thus creating food that tells their story with a contemporary twist.



Chef Christopher Bennett, a Denver native, hails from Vermont’s prestigious New England Culinary Institute. He is a seasoned culinary professional with over 12 years in the industry. This included stints with downtown Denver’s Rioja and Bistro Vendome. He also ventured to Las Vegas where he worked under Michelin rated Chef Daniel Boulud.
