History

Established in 1946.

In 1946, «Grandpa» Nick Didier, a local farmer, got his real estate license and started Didier Realty

In 1970, Nick’s son, Peter, joined his father in real estate, and also auctioneering.

In 1992, Pete purchased the RE/​MAX franchise.

By 2005, Pete’s sons Tom, Mike, and Dave have joined their father in the family business.

Business Owner

Dave was born and raised in Ozaukee County. He began his Real Estate career in 2005, after spending 6 years teaching 5^th grade for the Archdiocese. He began his real estate career in 2005 and became a Broker/​Owner in 2007, where his duties include overseeing contracts for 400+ transactions annually. Dave also is part of Didier Appraisals which has completed over 2,000 appraisals in the last 10 years alone. Dave’s knowledge and experience in area real estate gives his clients a competitive advantage both in terms of marketing and customer service.
