Ultimate Body Shaping

I love this gym. I’ve been attending since the beginning of July. I love the people, the workouts, the instructors-​all of it!
The workouts vary every day, which keeps it interesting. And they are intense enough that you would never dream of them on your own. The instructors are friendly and helpful, but also really push you to do your best and get that extra sit-​up, push-​up, kick, quarter mile, etc. No one is left behind. We are a team, and everyone in the gym is fun, and we like to have a good time.
You start out with an 8-​week challenge. Get measured, come every day, eat right, and see the results. It’s all about what you want to get out of it.
It’s never a competition about who can do the most or lift the most. We are a team, and everyone works together. We know when someone isn’t there, and make sure they come to the next class. It’s a great motivator.
Workouts include cardio, lifting, running, kickboxing, and much, much more.
