Once again I find myself wondering why I can’t give zero stars to places.
Super awesome of U-​Haul to call us an hour and 15 minutes before we get our truck to move and tell us the brakes are broken, and we can drive forty minutes to get a way smaller truck.
The truck should have been taken care of well before this morning and fixed. It didn’t just become broken in the parking lot. Clearly this was an issue that was not taken care of. What a great business practice.
Oh, and U-​Haul can only reimburse us $ 50. Awesome. Thank you so much for your help. Like this isn’t a stressful enough process without you screwing us over. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and clearly, I am NOT happy. Thanks a lot.
