Have new house with about a ½ acre yard. Signed up with TruGreen for fertilizer and grub control. Worker came over and unhappily mentioned I had a steep backyard and started walking around the house. I was particularly interested in how he was going to spray the whole yard, so I watched him the whole time he was here. He sprayed just a couple of spots and stuck a couple of flags in the lawn and left all within about 3 minutes. We got a bill for $ 80 a few days later and was told by their customer service that he sprayed the whole yard and spent 15 minutes. Customer service backed their guy and offered no help. I called their customer service again later and cancelled our contact. They offered no refund.

we have had them out spraying our yard for weeds and our yard is the worst looking one in the entire neighborhood. We have brand new sod and we thought it was maybe the sod however our family has trugreen spray in Atkins and they said there yard looks just as bad as ours. We canceled our service after nothing but money and frustration wasted.
