After being with the Y for a little over a month I was just notified that they made a mistake and are changing my rate and upping it $ 20. It is a nice place with friendly staff, but this site needs some updating. The workout room in small and the equipment shows its age. All in all not a bad place, but improvements are needed.

This Y is best known for its youth programs — indoor and outdoor sports and swimming. The gym isn’t air conditioned like the downtown facility. The fitness room is quite small and windowless and the equipment is showing it’s age. There’s an aerobic room where they offer a good variety of fitness and martial arts classes. Also a nursery for dropping off the rug rats while mom gets her workout in.
