This store will probably go out of business in the next 6 months. They have a lot of junk and then some items that are overpriced. I only shop there for a few things and that is rare. They are similar to Walmart in how the employees are treated. Boo.

I am done shopping here! I had contacted Corporate about their asking for personal information without saying why. Corporate apologized and said it was not their policy. It’s now almost two months later and they are still doing it!
Dad and I went to this Sears the other day and I witnessed an employee doing the same thing — asking for phone number, name, and address but not telling the customer why. The next step was to try and sign the person up for a credit card and rewards card. This held up the line forever and irritated us.
They tried to do it to Dad and I advised him not to give his phone number to the cashier. I explained that Corporate told me Sears employees cannot ask for personal information without explaining why they were asking. One cashier said «rewards cards don’t cost anything». I told her it’s practically identity theft to ask for this information without telling why. She laughed at me.
They won’t be laughing when people like me spend out money online.
