They tried to sell me a giant V8 when I said I wanted a fuel efficient small car. The exhaust was improperly welded and had other issues when I took it to have it looked at by a mechanic. They are EXTREMELY high pressure and take FOREVER to help you. I sat in a booth with four guys all talking at me at once. The only reason they get one star is that they let me take the car overnight since I got out of there so late. I took it back the next day and said forget it — too many problems for the price. I walked to work rather than deal with them again and eventually got a car that I absolutely loved for a decent price, good gas mileage, sun roof, nice interior and exterior as used one at Randy Kuehl Honda where there was no pressure. The only people I have met that like McGrath are ones who know very little about cars and don’t realize they are getting ripped off. My neighbor bought a car off me for cheap to use as a trade in with them and they took forever to come and get it so she had it towed to them. They came to get it and were looking in my fenced in back yard for it. Like how was it going to get back there? It won’t fit through the walk-​in back door of the garage. Seriously. Then they tried to tell me to report it stolen. I asked my neighbor and she had to call and raise hell with them. She said her sister had gotten a vehicle there and had to return it within a few days because of so many mechanical problems. I won’t shop here again.

This place is a joke. I went in there to buy a car and got the complete BS treatment the whole time I was there. After the they played the salesman/​manager game for an hour, they presented me with there final price which was $ 1K off of what I told them I would pay. We then split the difference and settled on a price.
The it was off to the finance goon. After he told me that I would need to give them a blood sample to get approved, I almost walked out. after messing around in there for 2 hours and giving them everything but my first born they gave me my interest rate. I almost puked on the floor. I laughed at the guy and told him I could get a better rate ANYWHERE! I walked out the door and right down the street.
I bought the same truck with a few more features for less money, less hassle and quicker. I was in and out in about 90 minutes, with the right payment, the right interest rate and I did not feel dirty and used. They suck and I would encourage everyone to STAY AWAY!!!

Today I visited with a few specific cars in mind. Greg Davidson helped me out and was very patient and knowledgable. I will surely be checking back with him when I see what I want online in stock.
Update to review. I emailed twice and never had a response. I then went elsewhere to purchase my vehicle. The salesman was stating it is hard to get sales… responding to emails might help.

Tyler Janssen did a great job setting up my appt and following up with me in a timely manor. The service staff was very friendly and worked with me on my time frame. Overall it was an outstanding experience and by car looks amazing!

My fiancé and I went here to trade in a car he had previously bought there (the first one he bought he had to return within a few days because of the amount if mechanical problems). We told them what our top price would be, and they completely ignored it time after time. Then, after spending 5 hours there, most if which were spent just sitting and not being helped, we finally signed papers. After the fact they tried to take back part of the deal, which would have cost us more money. A few days later then they took my name off of some of the papers without having me approve it, despite the fact that my name is the primary name on the loan.
A week later I bought a new car from a different dealer who took the price I gave him the first time and was in and out of there in less than 2 hours.
