Agree wtih Dick R (posted 11/​20/​2014), new ownership is terrible. We also lost tanning minutes with the sale.
New management is rarely around, leaving only stylists who rent chairs to run the place, and they are not thrilled with helping with tanning beds. I am currently searching Unilocal for a replacement tanning place to replace this one.

One of the better haircuts I’ve had in a long time. In most of the ‘suck cuts’ type places they rush me in and out in 10 min or less. I could have done it myself. However, Brooke was the stylist that cut my hair at Oasis. She really took her time and obviously knew what she was doing. I’ll definitely come back as long as I’m in Cedar Crapids. Sure, it’s not Aveda but for the quality and price (I went on a Tuesday so it was only $ 10), definitely a 5 star place for me.

Love this salon! They have great specials too! $ 10 men’s haircuts on Tuesday’s and $ 15 spray tans every Friday. Make sure to have Amanda Mikesell do your hair, she’s the best!
