Nazette, Marner, Nathanson & Shea, LLP is a nine-​attorney, general practice private law firm serving individuals, businesses, and families in Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Eastern Iowa. An established law firm in Cedar Rapids, we have been a respected presence in the local legal community for over fifty years. Several of our attorneys are the second or third generation in their families to practice with our firm. History

Established in 1956.

For over half a century, the firm known today as Nazette, Marner, Nathanson & Shea, LLP has been a fixture in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Randall A. Nazette, David L. Marner, Jr., Henry E. Nathanson and Kevin P. Shea represent the second generation of attorneys who have served Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Eastern Iowa. Over the years, the firm has changed and grown, but our commitment to the law and our community remains the same as it was when Richard Nazette founded the firm in 1956.

Today, the firm has nine attorneys with a broad array of practice areas ranging from corporate and contract law, bankruptcy, real estate and tax to family law, probate and estate planning, personal injury, criminal defense and immigration. The firm also has a thriving appellate practice.
