I have visited Cosmetic Solutions a handful of times for various procedures: facials, chemical peels, spider vein treatment, Latisse and even Botox injections.
I never experienced any problems here and always had a pleasant experience.
Office is clean and tidy. Staff was never rude or snoody.
If I still lived in the area and wanted another facial or chemical peel, I’d likely return. However, as the previous reviewer stated, my spider veins have returned (after about 3 years), so it really was a waste of $ 600+.

I wouldn’t go back to Cosmetic Solutions. I spent over $ 700 for spider vein removal. It didn’t last very long. I also had a huge bruise on the back of my right calf that took years to fade. They said the veins could «revascularize» but I didn’t realize it would basically negate any work I had done. Don’t bother messing with spider veins. They’ll just return. Not worth the money.
