Copyworks

One star for Alex, 5 stars for Sherry. Too bad Alex has such a stinky attitude because before tonight, I had been very pleased with the service and product. If my order is printed on the wrong paper and the wrong printer… I’m going to ask for it to be corrected. Alex made no attempt to hide his annoyance. Guess what dude. You work in a store. Your job is to wait on people. Get over it, or get a different job.

Terrible customer service skills. They NEVER acknowledge me when I walk in the door. I stand there for a long time while employees stand around talking to each other, ignoring me. It happens every time I go in. I even TOLD them they seem too busy for my business and they never even apologized when they helped another customer who was there after me. I went in yesterday and they were very friendly and greeting an older gentleman who was getting blueprint copies. I guess my regular business of 2 – 100 copies at a time is not good enough for any kind of greeting. This is not the way to keep your customers coming back. I can go half a block away to the UPS store and get copies for 8cents each instead of paying 11 cents each and I get much friendlier service and am always greeted when I walk in the door.

I wish I remember the gentleman’s name, but he was a lifesaver. I had bought pre-​cut 4×6 white cardstock to have printed for my wedding programs thinking I would save money and time with pre-​cut. Once I called around, a competitor had given me a pretty low quote for printing. When I got there, they said their printer couldn’t do it. I was panicked because I was running out of time. I went to copyworks, and they said they could send them to a print shop in Cedar Falls to be printed due to the odd size, or they could print on their regular size cardstock tonight and cut it tonight for a third of the price. I appreciate their quick thinking, suggestions, and turnaround time. They also did a fantastic job of designing the invites. I gave them the wording and the blank invite from the kit I bought at the store. They designed it to look very elegant. I loved their vision. One less detail for me to have to worry about. They will be my go to place for my future printing needs. Their customer friendly hours were great too!

Overall, very good. Easy to work with and friendly staff. Whether I want something as simple as a few copies, or something very complex, I have always left with what I needed and happy I chose Copyworks.
Even if it’s just a few copies, I go in, get my copies, pay for what I want (read: no dumb cards with leftover non-​refundable money), and go on my way. Customer service, what a concept!
