While the service has been good here, I was not happy with the tellers being removed. This is the closest ufcu to my work and home. Without tellers, it’s not convenient anymore. The ATMs won’t give you the option to select how you would like your cash back, it just gives you 3 options. None of them are ever what I need. I then have to drive to Chase and get the desired denominations (big corporate bank still uses humans to service customers? imagine that!).
Taking out the tellers just created more work for me. Not happy about that. Also took away the human element, and part of the reason anyone banks at a credit union, is for that local hospitality and human interaction you don’t get at big banks. Sad.

This isn’t really a bank, is basically just a bunch of atm’s. If you need a teller, there aren’t any here. If you just want to make a deposit or withdrawal then this is the place for you.

LOVE this credit union!!! The staff is always very friendly, and helpful. They got us a great deal on an auto loan that the dealership said they couldn’t possibly match with their banks. I truly can’t say enough good things about UFCU!

There is nothing wrong with the service here, it’s just that this branch does not provide all of the services I need, such as requesting certain denominations of cash. So, the whole experience is frustrating. The tellers will offer to help you use the ATM, but I have been using them for awhile, so that’s not really necessary.
Will use other branches from now on.

I applied for a home loan. I chose them because they are a credit union and I had heard good things about using a credit union such as lower interest rate and personable care. I told the loan officer how much I needed to borrow. I gave her all of my information. I was told that I qualified for the loan. I joined the credit union as was required. Approximately two days prior to closing I was informed that they couldn’t do the loan for me anymore. They stated that the reason was that it was for an investment property. I replied that that’s the way it was from the beginning. They were fully aware of this fact. I ended up losing the costs of the inspection — about $ 600.I ended up going with PNC and they were able to pick up the pieces and I closed 2 weeks later. I couldn’t believe what an unprofessional group this credit union is. Stay away. Yvonne Noack was unprofessional and acted like she had no idea who I was each time I called in to discuss my loan.

Bad ATM experience aside the service here is top notch. The bank itself is very nice and I have never experience any other issues! UFCU is my favorite bank I have ever had this far. Thanks UFCU for fixing the problem with haste and remaining in contact with me. They even credited my account so I could pay my bills.

Surprise, walk in the door looking for the tellers. They are gone, so I stand around looking confused or at my age the way I always look. A very friendly person comes over and tells me that they are only a loan office now, if you need a car loan or a mortgage. Well I want a teller, so she says the next closest full service office is on 620.
620 the four lane parking lot, except between the hours of 2 AM and 4 AM. Of course they are not open at these hours. I picked this place because it was close to where I live. Off to find a full service credit union close to my house.

Best bank ever. I have been with UFCU since 1998 and have only had one bad experience with one of their customer service reps. All the other times they have been courteous and helpful. Give them a try.

Boy, am I in love with the bank!!! I went into the bank and used their «deposit machine». I love how it sucks up my money in the tube and how the teller comes into screen afterwards. Feels super high tech… never seen one in any of the bay area banks (or maybe it’s just me?) Next time I am going to try their drive through… omg I think I can deposit my money without leaving my car!!!
Is it weird that I am actually looking forward to my next bank visit??? LOL

Best bank ever. Glad they are finally in our area so I don’t have to drive into Austin. People are always really friendly and helpful.
