Your first workout with us is free!

Meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5am to 6am.

Texas Fit Chicks is a women-​only fitness boot camp in a fun, supportive environment. Workouts are designed to help you lose weight and feel great in as little as four weeks!

Start on any Monday and work out three days a week. You always get a fat-​blasting, full body workout, and all exercises are shown at various levels, so everyone is working at their own pace. Your trainer will be there to encourage you and keep you accountable!

Chicks also receive a 30-​day meal plan designed by a nutritionist.

History

Established in 2009.

Texas Fit Chicks has helped more than 2,000 women in Texas get fit and lose weight. We offer 49 camp times to choose from, with early morning, mid-​morning and evening options. All of our trainers are nationally certified fitness experts that specialize in working with women only.

Meet the Manager

Susan H.

Manager

Susan has always enjoyed being active. As a high schooler she happily bounced from volleyball to basketball to tennis to softball, earning a letter in all four sports and enjoying the camaraderie that being on a team provides.

After graduating from college, getting married, and having two children, some extra pounds inevitably crept on. Five years ago, Susan embarked on a renewed workout routine that had her exercising each morning at 5am. To her surprise, the 5am workouts agreed with her, and Susan noticed that the more committed she became to her fitness regimen and good nutrition, the happier and healthier she was as a person.

She pursued a personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and became a Texas Fit Chicks trainer. Susan’s main goal is to let women know that they have the ability, strength, and power to completely change their bodies! Her motto is to train hard, eat clean, and have FUN in your workouts!
