I wouldn’t use anyone else! I’ve used Sean, and Sean, with S&S Computers for about 2−½ years now. My first call was on a Sat. morning and I was desperate, after getting the «blue screen of death». Sean #1 came to my home within an hour to pick up my laptop, worked his magic, and was knocking on my door that evening. I was able to work the rest of the weekend and not fall too far behind. Even with the «rush», and weekend call the cost was way below what I had expected. They do not take advantage, or gouge, and they really do care about their customers situations.
Since then I have called several times, for both my personal and business computers and, these guys are always right there to keep me up and running [and sane]. They have also become friends whom I value highly.
I have dealt with a lot of Tech companies down thru the years but, I’ve never had one that treated me, or my company, like real people, and not just a «name on a service ticket». THESE GUYS ROCK!!!

After experiencing multiple fails on my desktop PC, I was thinking about subscribing to an online support service. However, needing to mitigate my computer issues quickly, I did a quick search for a local highly rated computer repair service. After calling around, some answered, some didn’t, each informed me that they couldn’t promise when they would be able to evaluate the problems I was experiencing. In my search I contacted S&S computer repair service and was greeted with a reassuring response, «Sure bring it in we have room on the bench».
I was blown away by their understanding and commitment to evaluate and resolve my computer issues. They were kind enough to allow me to watch as they went about their evaluation, which turned up a failed video card and hard drive. They ran a full diagnostic to confirm this and I had the repairs completed well below what would have cost me at BestBuy etc. The $ 200 subscription to the online help desk could not have helped which would have resulted in a $ 200 loss. These guys are true pros, customer driven and they will explain what is wrong in terms you can understand. I highly recommend, with no reservations what so ever, S&S, for your computer and network services.

Oh man. My laptop had a software issue that no amount of Googling could solve. Shawn and the other techs took my issue as a personal challenge and kept it until the problem was completely resolved. They are amazing. I admire that they didn’t give up on the problem until it was solved. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. They saw us with no notice on a Saturday afternoon, fixed the problem fast, offered great solutions to upgrade without trying to sell us on anything.
What they charged was so low that I am not going to mention it! If they don’t start charging more they won’t be around next time I need their help.
Overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ever have a computer that works but runs slowly with a lot of twirling circles? We did and made a good investment in an hour of tuneup which cleaned up and updated 2 laptops.

Wow, this company is wonderful. They came out the same day we called and fixed our computer fast. These guys are really nice and know what their doing. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are great.

I found S and S through Unilocal and I’m here to say that the high star rating is, indeed, correct!
They took my computer right in one morning this week and by the end of the day, I was getting a call that it had been repaired! Their assessment was free and the cleaning up of my computer came to about $ 75. Every other company I contacted was at least $ 99 for just looking at it…
They were friendly, informative, efficient, and extremely fair!
If you don’t have a «tech guy», I’d say try them out! I know that I’ll be returning…

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest — how many businesses can you say that about these days? Well, you can definitely say that about S&S Computer Solutions! I’d had a vendor back out on what to me was a major project of recabling our office network. From the moment I contacted S&S, it was a great experience. They did a thorough walk through of our facility, made suggestions, provided a professional and competitive quote and were terrific to work with. They left our suite clean and did a beautiful job with their work. I felt very confident that we were in good hands and I have not been disappointed. Their follow up is top-​notch, too. I would strongly recommend them for any IT related help you need. I will definitely call them in the future for any additional needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about S&S. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field, friendly, and will explain things in a way that doesn’t make you feel like you have an iq in the range of a rock! This place is amazing. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Sean was able to reinstate admin privileges on my cpu to be able to backup my files. He did this after Microsoft’s tier two support specialists weren’t able to fix my computer The price was more than reasonable. This should be the first choice for your computer repair/​solution needs. If anything goes wrong in the future, I will definitely go back.

Came to them with a bad laptop. They took the time to note all that was not working right. The corrected all the problems that it was having. The cleaned it up nice and the price was excellent. Highly recommended.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Shawn asking him for advice on a problem i’m having. I tried multiple times to give him money but all he had for me was advice on solutions that i could do myself. If i ever have any issues, i’m going to them first and i’ll recommend them to any friends that need computer help.

S&S rescued my daughter’s laptop and at considerably less cost than I would have had at geek squad or any other service! Fast, fair, and excellent!
