I’ve had State farm forever I switched to Jarrodd when he 1^st opened and what a great move that was. He is very helpful and even gave me his cell phone number if I needed anything. He has gone above and beyond what it takes!!!

Jarrodd and his team care about people, which is hard to find these days. It’s also hard to find business owners that live, work, and care about their community. He’s passionate about what he does and he’ll be there for you when you need him. Keep up the good work.

What an amazing staff of people! I have used Jarrodd Little State Farm for 3 years now for home/​auto/​life insurance and have experienced nothing but excellent service. When our house flooded he was so prompt in helping us throughout the entire process of cleaning and the remodeling. Jarrodd and his staff have taken great care and pride in providing excellent customer service. .. especially when it is needed most!

My family and I have been with Jarrodd Little since he opened his doors for business. He has been able to help provide my family with all of our property and casualty needs. He was also able to create a plan to protect both me and my wife utilizing life insurance.
We have had very you reasons to contact him in regards to claims or issues while being insured with State Farm, but in every instance our concerns were addressed the same day. We recently were in need of a windshield repair. We contacted him directly on a Saturday afternoon and the windshield was replaced at 9 am on that Monday.

I have been a customer of Jarrodd’s for just over 2 years now. Jarrodd handles all of my home/​auto/​business insurance. I recently rolled over my IRA to a State Farm product as well. The folks at Wells Fargo messed up the tax paperwork on the rollover and Jarrodd went out of his way to help me get it fixed (even though he didn’t make the mistake.) The agents at his office are always available to answer my questions and if they don’t have the answer Jarrodd will get back to me quickly. In my business I sometimes have to provide proof of insurance to vendors and I know I can drop by anytime and someone will print out my certificate.
Everyone who works at this office is the type of person you can just sit down and have a beer with. You know that they are there to help you whenever you need help and they will go out of their way to get you the documents you need.
I trust Jarrodd so much that I recommend him to all of my fellow professional photographers for their business liability and equipment insurance.

Jarrodd has been my insurance agent for three years now, and I would never consider changing him for anyone else. He has always been very polite and courteous, and he has been showing a continued true interest to my needs, going above and beyond to accommodate any special situation occurring. He favors face to face communication and he’s willing to drive and meet me closer to my home/​work any time I’m not able to drive out to Cedar Park. I cherish the kind of personal relationship that goes way over the level of someone selling you a mandatory service — I feel that he really CARES. Others in customer service should be taking lessons by Jarrodd’s attentiveness and customer — oriented business. I’m really happy he’s my insurance agent — makes me feel safe.
