Best dental experience and I’ve had a lot of dental work done. :-) I walked out of Dr Campbell’s office feeling confident with my exam and treatment plan. His hygienist and assistant have been with him since he opened the Cedar Park office and I think this speaks volumes to their dedication.
Dr Campbell is fixing some previous dental work I had done. I just had a filling replaced this morning. The procedure was super easy and they were ready as soon as I arrived. No waiting for other patients as he does not overschedule.
Highly recommend.

Oh… my…God. best dental experience ever! All staff are amazing and helpful I forgot my charger at home and made a comment about phone dying the receptionist went through their office and found me a charger bringing in multiple cords to try. The dental assistant and I were like Laverne and shirley we laughed so hard it took like a half hour to do my x rays. Everyone on staff was so sincere and real. You knew they weren’t just being nice bc it was their job but because they were genuinely interested in providing great customer service. The Dr was so gentle and considerate about cleaning my teeth first time ever that cleaning didn’t make my gums bleed despite being a fairly avid flosser. They also didn’t feed me a lot of lines like wow you need braces or let’s pull those wisdom teeth. They asked me at beginning what botthered me most about my teeth and addressed those concerns instead of pulling random procedures out of a hat or making me feel like I needed a whole mouth make over. I am disappointed to say I’m moving to San antonio and may not be able to use them as my dentist anymore but they are definitely worth the drive up from San Antonio!

Campbell Dental is a very up to date clinic with high tech equipment use. I received a porcelain filling and cleaning. Only problem is I received a payment at the end of the service which was expected but they fail to tell you they will possibly be sending another payment in the mail weeks after the visit. Due to there lack of consistency I now have another bill I have to pay which was very unexpected. When I called the clinic their phone lines were not open on time; by the time I told my issue to the receptionist she seemed very nonchalant about the whole issue & did not apologize! If you want to spend a arm & leg on dental I suggest you use this dentistry. Its truly not about the money but the principle of the whole situation & how they handled it!
By the way my porcelain filling was sore and hurt weeks after I received it & that has never happened to me before using another dentistry. I would not recommend this clinic!

I dont really ever leave reviews anywhere but I have been coming to Cambell Dental since October of 2013 as a Invisalign patient and I have never once walked into this office without a big welcome by their front desk associate, Kristi so its about time I give them a litte well deserved credit. (Yes– we just so happened to have the same name which helped me never forget it.) She herself had Invisalign so it was so nice to be able to talk with her about her own personal experience and tips along the way. She has always been such a joy. Also– Dr. Campbell has been excellent as well. I may possibly have lost a few aligners along the way of my Invisalign treatment, and he has been totally awesome about it and did not make me feel bad at all, just helped me get back on track. Not only have I got my invisalign through them, but I have also had cavity’s filled by Dr. Cambell, and my teeth cleaned by Valarie (which is also, always such a joy.) I wouldn’t recommend any other dentist office to anyone! Never a wait, and they always are able to get you in! (: Great place! 5 STARS! Also– kudos to Dr. Cambell and Invasign. My teeth are looking great!

Excellent staff, excellent care. Calming, relaxed atmosphere… no «chopshop» style service here. They focus on you and your dental health as soon as you set foot in the office, rather than trying to get as many patients in and out as possible.
The most painless cavity filling I’ve ever experienced – even the numbing injection, which is normally the most painful part in my opinion, didn’t hurt, not even a little (and the numbing stuff on the cotton swab before the injection actually tasted decent:).
I HIGHLY recommend Dr Campbell and his awesome staff. They will totally take care of you.

Based upon Unilocal reviews — and the fact that Campbell Dental is like. literally right down the street, my husband and I have started going here. Sure enough, the Unilocal reviews are spot on — Dr. Campbell and his staff are fantastic.
From reception to dental assistant, to the doctor himself, to my hygienist who cleaned my teeth, everyone was smiling, very nice and incredibly helpful. Even though I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, I was actually surprised that my cleaning didn’t feel like it took forever… usually it feels that way to me. Maybe it was the TV on the ceiling. I’m not sure.
Anyways, I highly recommend Campbell Dental… they’ve been great!

We are a family of 6! All of us had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by Dr. Campbell and his staff. I had a crown replaced and was able to pick a movie on Netflix to watch during my procedure. He was finished just as the movie was ending — perfect timing! My kids all had their teeth cleaned and sealants put on, my husband and I had cleanings. The staff are all friendly and funny. I have been going to the same dentist since I was 13 (I’m 44 now) and was perfectly happy with him, but looking for someone closer to my house — I’m sold on Dr. Campbell and his staff. All six of us are now his permanent patients! I will be setting an appointment to go in for a whitening treatment this summer — They have an ongoing special for teachers right now — get your teeth cleaned and get a whitening treatment for free!

I cannot give this dentist office enough stars! They are truly AMAZING… from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentist himself. They are so friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this office to anyone!
I was afraid of going to the dentist because of a bad experience and had been putting it off. I mentioned my concerns to the staff and they walked me through every step of the way making sure I was comfortable taken care of.
Their office is brand new and beautiful. They only work on one patient at a time so you don’t feel like they are rushing to get to the next person.
I can’t say enough nice things about this place. If you’re looking for somewhere new or just haven’t been to the dentist in awhile because you don’t like going, I promise you will love this place!

Thank you to Dr. Campbell and his team. AMAZING! Ever since I was little I dreaded going to the Dentist… until now. The office is gorgeous, the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I was impressed with the amount of time they take to get to know each patient. They used their state-​of-​the-​art CEREC restoration service for two of my old cavities that had some issues and no pain at all! Soon I will be starting Invisalign with them. I highly recommend Dr. Campbell and his team to everyone in the Cedar Park and surrounding areas!

The good citizens of Cedar Park and North Austin you have received one of the top Dentist in the Hill Country. Living in Dripping Springs I can’t get to Dr. Campbell since he moved his office, still not happy with the move! You got a great Dentist who believes in doing the job right the first time. Just a little story on Dr. Campbell, I had to have a root canal and another Dentist performed the crown. Immediately I could tell the crown was off and incorrect but kept it. I visited Dr, Campbell and after he saw the crown he immediately fixed it without charge. He’s a perfectionist and believes in the code of ethics. You’re lucky to have him wish he was still on 38^th street. Dang it Campbell!

Cedar Park (and surrounding areas) has gained a fabulous dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Campbell. I switched to him after visiting another dentist and receiving a dental plan with an outrageous cost and several non-​cosmetic procedures that I thought were un-​necessary. Dr. Campbell gave me a comprehensive exam an recommended a dental plan that was thousands less than the previous dentist.
With his beautiful state of the art office, very friendly office staff, bedside manner, and HONESTY, I am a happy and grateful patient! Oh, don’t forget the free drinks in the waiting room and flat screen TVs on the wall and ceiling in each exam room! Go see Dr. Campbell. You won’t be sorry!

How often does a dentist get a five star review? Pretty freaking often if you’re Dr. Campbell, it seems.
Let me take you on a journey to the greatest visit to the dentist you will ever have.
First of all, you hate calling doctor’s offices. You work in a cube environment, and everyone does not need to know your business. Never fear, Dr. Campbell’s online office is HERE!
I was able to set up my ENTIRE appointment over email. Do you know how glorious that is? I didn’t have to find the phone number, call the number, leave a voicemail, wait on hold, call back to confirm, or any of the annoying things that go along with communicating over the phone. Nope, I sent in an email through his website and said I was interested in getting a new patient consult and a cleaning. Three emails back and forth later, I had an appointment set up and all the paperwork I was going to need for my first appointment.
When the day of your appointment comes — you arrive at Dr. Campbell’s conveniently located office, are greeted by the friendly receptionist, and then BAM — you remember you left all the paperwork she emailed you on your desk back at work. Well, darn. No worries though, she is happy to give you plenty of time to fill out the paperwork again while you enjoy complimentary beverages in one of the comfy leather armchairs in the waiting room.
Once you’ve got all your paperwork ready to go, you’re suddenly a little nervous. It’s been awhile since you last went to the dentist. You just had a giant sandwich with pesto for lunch — what if there is stuff on your teeth? What if you have stinky breath AT THE DENTIST?! Oh, what’s that you hear? You can use the restroom and they have complimentary toothbrushes for you? Oh SNAPS.
You’re back in the waiting room and it’s time for you to go in — they are so on top of the schedule that your butt has barely even warmed the chair. You have no time to be nervous, it’s game time. The technician takes you in and lets you get settled in a state-​of-​the-​art chair — she takes some x-​rays while you wear headphones and watch Matt Damon be dreamy in some movie with that British chick whose name no one remembers. When she’s done Glamour-​Shot-​ing your mouth, Dr. Campbell arrives.
Cue scary music, right?
Wrong! Dr. Campbell is probably the nicest dentist you have EVER met! He doesn’t judge you when you tell him that you haven’t been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time, he’s actually quite understanding. He talks you through what he’s going to do before he sticks any instruments in your mouth and asks if you have any questions. Why no, Dr. Campbell, you say — I think I understand exactly how this is going to go. He starts checking out your mouth and telling you stuff as he goes about any issues you might have, maybe even how impressed he is that your teeth look so good despite the fact that you haven’t been to a dentist in so long.
And then you’re done. And you’re like, wait a minute — surely, you have some treatment plan for me, right Dr. Campbell? I must have some sort of issues from avoiding that chair, right? No, he says! Your mouth looks great, I don’t recommend any unnecessary services, he says!
You rejoice.
When it’s time to pay, you happily hand over your cash since the receptionist was kind enough to find out how much your services were going to cost. You schedule your cleaning for the following week and have another amazing experience with the technician in Dr. Campbell’s office!
When it’s all over, you hope that Dr. Campbell liked you as much as you loved his practice. You and your teeth intend to keep seeing him for a very very long time.

I had been going to see Dr. Campbell for the past couple of years, and overall had been very satisfied. The quality of the clinic was much higher than my previous dentist (360 degree skull X rays to look for oral cancer, watching movies while getting your teeth cleaned), and for the most part the staff was friendly and competent. However, I recently had a very negative experience after calling to make an appointment for an exam and cleaning. The receptionist quoted me one price over the phone, but when I checked out after my appointment, the price was $ 12 more than what I was quoted. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, she apologized, said I must have made a mistake, and then told me, «It’s only 12 dollars,» which completely minimized my concerns. Obviously, it’s possible that I misheard her quote. However, regardless of who made the mistake, the appropriate response would have been, «I“m sorry, there must have been a miscommunication. We can credit your account the $ 12 today, but it will be X dollars next time,» which I would have completely understood. I decided to call back later to have my records transferred. When I again brought up the reason for my leaving the clinic, the receptionist apologized nicely and told me there was no way she could have credited my account. It was that type of short-​sighted and non-​empathetic attitude that made me feel justified in leaving as a client. After all, what is $ 12 to a dental clinic when someone without insurance typically spends hundreds a year on cleanings and X-​rays?

Overall, I feel that the quality of the practice is high, but the level of customer service needs significant improvement. If you choose this clinic, I recommend getting a quote of the expected service mailed to you when making a future appointment to avoid this type of frustration.

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this dentist and his office staff. I HATE going to the dentist after some horrible experiences as a child with military dentists. My husband finally convinced me to go to his dentist for some cavities and and extraction I could not put off any longer since I’m pregnant. The whole experience has been as fantastic as it could be. Dr. Campbell is extremely competent and meticulous. I have never had such a good examination of my mouth and his hygienist is just as particular as he is. I’ve never felt rushed or like a number. I didn’t feel a thing when he was giving me the anesthetic for the filling, a complete contrast from my early experiences. He also referred me to an oral surgeon for an extraction, who was wonderful. My teeth have never been so well cared for and I would recommend him to everyone.

its been a whole 3 hours since i left Dr. Campbell’s office and i am so glad i took advantage of a groupon offer a few months ago! this was my second visit, the first was for a cleaning and exam and both were wonderful (and i have never said that about a dentist visit, ever!) i was a little nervous this morning and both Dr. Campbell and his assistant calmed me down. i had cracked and broken a tooth, which he repaired and capped. the whole process was done in house, and he explained what was happening through each step of the way. the cap fits perfect and no problems with my bite. i love my new dentist!

Let’s be honest… who really likes going to the dentist… Not me! But after today’s visit at Dr. Campbell’s office, I smile a little brighter.
A month or so there was a Groupon offer for complete xray, exam and cleaning so I took advantage of it. I hadn’t been to the dentist in close to 3 years so I was afraid of what was lurking between the molars and canines. I know it’s not smart to go so long without seeing a dentist, and I still have my wisdom teeth so I should know better. I was greeted immediately on arrival, did a little more paperwork and was promptly seem on time. The office equipment is state of the art and everything ran smoothly. For those with real phobias you can watch a DVD or listen to music. The exam went well, the Dr was professional and courteous and took time to answer questions. The hygienist was also very good. She didn’t berate me for my lack of cleaning s for three years and she didn’t take out her frustrations with the pick and my gums… I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the 38^th St area. And I will be back in 6^th months this time for another cleaning.
