I love this service. I’ve used them a few times. The most recent service blew me away. Dustin was amazing at working with us to schedule our service. My baby was in the neonatal icu so scheduling was hard! He worked with us and got the perfect time scheduled!
The two ladies, Meredith and Jessica, who cleaned our house were incredible! They did such an amazing job to make our house perfectly clean and safe for our sweet baby to come home! My house has never been so clean! Their attention to detail was incredible. I highly recommend this service, especially Meredith and Jessica.
Thank you so much for taking the stress of cleaning house off of my plate as I prepared to bring my newborn home!

Fantastically Awesome! Those are my two words to sum up Got It Maid. Joanne and Tasha were my girls today. My house is clean, smells great and looks fabulous. My house is fairly big, so I asked for the platinum cleaning for my first initial cleaning. Then I switched to the Gold cleaning for my weekly cleaning. I highly recommend the platinum cleaning if you are having guests. Your house will really shine?

What a great experience! Dustin was so patient while I spent two weeks trying to figure out a good date to get my deep clean done. JoAnn and Tasha (I apologize if I spelled these names incorrectly) were amazing! They came through and took charge of the cleaning. They were polite, professional, respectful, and efficient. My kitchen floor is so clean that I actually have a break from hating the flooring :)
I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Run as fast as you can from this company! I called and scheduled an appointment for cleaning to be done in my parents house. We discussed a deep cleaning, thorough bathroom cleaning, woodwork, dusting, etc. Two very young snotty girls arrived to clean. They had a horrible attitude and made it very clear they did want to be there. They did a piss poor job cleaning. Dusting was not done. The bathrooms were horribly cleaned and the toilets looked like they were barely touched and the vacuum job was horrendous. The woodwork wasn’t touched at all. My parents spent 4 hours cleaning what these twits didn’t even touch. Not worth the money paid at all.

UPDATE: Shortly after my experience, I was contacted by the owner Dustin. Sincere apology with offers to fix the situation. Steps were also taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers (yay!), so they certainly listen to feedback and strive to make things better.
My impression of Got it Maid has been changed, and I would be willing to try them again based on their customer service response.

My fiancé and I recently moved into a new apartment and used Got It Maid for an initial clean after we moved all our furniture in. Lorena and Lidia did a fantastic and extremely thorough job. I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. We are sticking with them for recurring cleaning and couldn’t be happier.

Lisa and the ladies at got it maid are fantastic to work with! We have been using their services for almost 2 years now and they are by far the best maid service we have had. Lisa is always open to honest open communication and they truly do want to make sure that every time they come out they do a phenomenal job. Highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking.

They only had 1 review on Unilocal but it was a good one so I thought I would try them out seeing as I’m trying to sell my house and needed it in tip top shape. Lisa and Maria showed up promptly at the appt. time but I was up with a sick child all nght and had over slept. They were so sweet and not bothered at all and just started right away on my platinum service. By the time they were done my house looked brand new and I was tempted not to sell it, lol. Everything was sparkling clean even my fridge and oven. I was so happy with them that since I’ll be moving to the same area I decided to use them at my new house for basic cleanings here and there… just to treat myself lol.

Five stars for sure! These ladies were professional, courteous, and attentive to my specific needs. They were all in fantastic moods, which — for me — was just a nice change of scenery!
