We have been customers with David Schara for as long as I can remember. They have delivered the absolute best service with every single encounter we have had and all our claims have been handled professionally, quickly, and fairly. Using State Farm and working with this great team, I have peace of mind that we are OK if the worst happens and that is what insurance is all about.

The team here definitely go above and beyond. My agent Monica S has answered all my questions (yes, even the ignorant ones) from day one. She walked me through every item of my premium making sure I understood what everything meant. She made sure I had coverage where I needed it to fit my own personal situation and made sure I wasn’t paying money for coverage where I didn’t need it. She is welcoming and very easy to talk to. She has been great with all my policy updates as well as communicating them to me. Not to mention she always responds in a timely fashion to all my emails and phone calls– I never have to set foot into their office. But if you do decide to drop by– it is an absolutely gorgeous building with plenty of parking too!

I’ve bee a customer of Dave & his team since interning with them for a year back in 2005. Even after we moved out of state we didn’t consider transferring our policies. The service and care the team put into managing their client’s affairs is phenomenal. Most of my family who don’t even live in the area are customers of Dave’s as well based on their fantastic service.
MaryEllen is always a pleasure to speak to, keeps things straight while making it effortless for us. I always walk away from conversations with her with a smile on my face.

Have you ever had an agent talk you down off the ledge? That’s what David did for me. I’ve been with a different company for over 20 years and out of frustration I called David (because of the reviews he’s gotten) and told him I was ready to jump! I explained my situation and David was honest and upfront, not just looking to sell a policy.
I’ve opted to stay with my current company but I would recommend David Schara to anyone looking for insurance. I’ve never been a State Farm customer so I can’t speak for the company but I can’t imagine someone like David working for a company that is not as stand up as he is.
Aside from the insurance advisement, we had such a pleasant conversation, almost like we’d been friends for forever.
Refreshing to see that customer service is not lost.

To sum-​up my experience with Dave Schara State Farm, I’d say superb. I was paying close to $ 200 a month for my auto insurance policy with my previous carrier. I felt this was all-​together too much considering my impeccable driving record. I shopped around, and low and behold… almost every other auto company had cheaper rates. While I was on the last minute of finalizing a policy with progressive, luckily Jessica Vincent (agent) reached out with a quote that came in $ 100 cheaper per/​month. Let me do the math for you ladies and gents: That is $ 600 in savings over 6 months and $ 1200 over 12. I get top-​notch insurance and customer service for HALF of what I was paying previously. I urge anyone local to give them a call and see what they can do.

Although I’m currently not a customer of David Schara Agency, I intend to become one at time of renewal. As a local citizen I want recognize this firm for their commitment to community. I’ve seen their name around town more than a few times. Recently I’ve worked with Kathy, Maryellen and David himself on a community cause and they were were all gracious, kind, caring and giving of their time and commitment. The consist 5-​star rating seems to be no coincidence. There’s a culture amongst these folks that reflects purpose, commitment and quality. Hats off the the David Schara team.

I have been a customer since 1991. To me the purpose of insurance and an insurance agent is to protect you financially and to assume the responsibility of resolving any matters. State Farm and David Schara have done both of those well.

I have all my insurance polocies with David Schara… recently Herlinda helped me with a quick payment and was ever so nice and I received my receipt very quickly. I have had to place claims once on my home and another on my poor totalled car… David Schara Insurance made it as painless as possible.

A lot of insurance agents out there are for their own pocket. Dave actually cares about saving money for his customers and has been a great advisor about my business and future. His agency is top shelf. Everyone there is friendly and very prompt when I ask something of them. I don’t put my word out for many, but I would recommend his agency to anyone.

Dave Schara has handled my home and auto insurance for 26 years. The service is impeccable and Dave and his staff are as friendly and professional as you will find anywhere.

This is for State Farm Insurance review for David Schara’s offices. I have been using them for auto insurance for several years now after switching over from Geico, and I must say I’ve had no complaints and they also have excellent customer service.
I like the fact that they are local so you can speak to someone who represents your account. Within the past couple of years I got a new representative named Elyse who’s very customer service oriented and professional as well. She worked with me over the phone and reviewed my auto policy in detail to ensure I wasn’t paying for unnecessary items to help me get the best price on my auto insurance policy.
