This was my first scrub shopping experience, and the owner Al– was amazing and kind to my daughter. He totally did not mind that I had my six year old with me and even engaged in conversation with her while I tried on a few things. Al made my experience quick and easy– plus he found exactly what I needed

I will definitely be coming back to purchase more scrubs! Al was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of pants that actually fit in length (I had never worn petite before because I didn’t know they made them!) he didn’t have the color I needed so he ordered them and said they will be here in a week. Awesome place!

Wonderful experience here. I had never bought scrubs before and had no idea what I was doing. The gentleman (whose name escapes me at the moment) working there was very attentive in asking what I needed and helping me find some options. I happily bought two pairs of pants and they rock. Would absolutely go back if I need any more.

On my first visit to this store the owner, Al, asked for my phone number so he could put it in his computer. This is not an unusual request, so, I gave it him. After Al read my initial review he called me. He explained that prices will vary from store to store and he is usually one to two dollars more than some competitors depending on the item. He told me that he was very concerned that a customer (me) was dissatisfied with his business and asked that I stop by so he could make things right.
Today I left work a little early as I had an appointment in his area and I popped in after that appt. Once again he greeted me in the same friendly eager to help you manner. Al started apologizing for the inconvenience and the price difference. I showed him my receipts proving that I wasn’t lying or trying to scam him. He eagerly compensated me for the price difference, honored the 20% discount and gave me a free scrub top for my troubles! I was really blown away by his «make it right» attitude. Al really proved that he does indeed care about his customers satisfaction, and, even though his prices may be one to two dollars more than some competitors, this store is a good stop for your scrub needs. Also to note he has agreed to honor the 20% discount on all of my future purchases, and, to clear up any confusion his prices for a Olive Cherokee 4777 on the XL is $ 15.99; the 2XL is $ 18.99. The Parmer store is $ 13.99 and $ 16.99 respectively. I will shop here again because I like the way Al handled the situation and his customer service is over the top!

I had a wonderful experience getting scrubs from this store, by far the best I’ve experienced in Austin. The owner is extremely helpful & knowledgable about all of the products available. He will also go out of his way to special order & be sure you get correctly fitted scrubs & other uniforms. I would definitely recommend!

Great customer service! I walked into a bright, clean and inviting store. As soon as I entered I was politely greeted by an amazing man who asked what I was looking for. He grabbed multiple options in my size and color then started a dressing room for me. He was very knowledgable about brands and styles. Quickly, efficiently and super helpful!
They had everything, great brands like Grey’s Anatomy by Barco, Cherokee and Healing hands. If they did not have what I was looking for he was willing to order it. However, he had everything I needed, many optional colors and sizes (even petite)!
What a truly wonderful experience, I look forward to returning soon!
