Such a shame… The salon itself was very nice and relaxing. But I am turned off and will not be back. My stylist casually mentioned I should do a deep conditioner. This sounds to me like maybe a conditioner she uses to wash my hair? So I say oh cool alright. She never explains really what it is or that it’s actually an additional service that cost $ 27. The only way I found out prior was seeing the charge written on a paper she handed me. I had to ask further about what this addition charge even was because she never said anything about it. I just felt that the way it was handled was dishonest.

Took my step daughter here to get her hair done for junior prom. It was our first time here. I made the appointment two weeks in advance, this was pointless. The receptionist did not know when we walked in. I let her know I was here, she looked at us with a mean glare and walked outside. Twenty minutes after waiting, my cell phone rang. It was the other receptionist, we didn’t know what was going on. She told me I was late but we had been there, waiting. The beautician did not see my step daughter until thirty minutes after us we sat in the waiting room. I told the beautician we need to be somewhere right after, and had to meet the limo on time. She told us it took a lot more space to do curls, and she would see what she could do. After the service the beautician said ok go pay. Never let my step daughter see her style she made. We were waiting a long time, then someone walked up and asked to help the next person in line he asked how we where doing. I gave him the story. He said sorry and asked if he could do anything to make it better. He gave my daughter a lotion for free, and said he was sorry for the bad time. He gave me a twenty dollar off coupon hand wrote on a card let me know he was manager and was going to take care of it right away. We could tell Nathan cared he was apologetic and professional. He needs to pay closer attention to his shop and it’s employees. This beauty shop is dysfunctional, at best. May give them another shot to use the twenty bucks. However, I do want my money back I paid for this appointment the beautician messed up my step daughters hair. She washed it out and did it herself at home. My neighbor told me about this shop she was disappointment to hear this yesterday.

This is the salon I go to. Really nice people. They always give me the color i want. Only thing is it’s very pricy. They have good products and makeup too. Awesome place if you want to get your hair done by professionals who will also pamper you.

Well, I have tried for many years to support this salon. I have brought my kids and husband here for years, but I have finally decided to walk away. The cuts are pretty good, but really I can find the same quality for a LOT less at about 5 salons within a few miles. In spite of this I have continued to support the place. The main reason I have chosen to leave and even to write this review is because the professionalism of the salon is way below where it should be considering the cost. The last 3 times my husband has gone in he waited 15 – 20 minutes past his scheduled time only to be told he would need to reschedule. I always wait this long past my scheduled time. This is the norm. On top of this I have called many times to make appointments and asked for specific prices only to have a completely different price given to me at the salon. I was told this was a discrepancy with the front desk staff. Yet, it has happened many times since.

I went to this salon for years– will NEVER be returning again. The girl at the checkout emptied my entire bank account because she was too incompetent to know what she was doing. When I called to tell her I was upset, she told me she was upset too because it would be effort to fix it. Oh REALLY?! You’re upset?! I had to get a new debit card and was without access to any money for two weeks as a result. I wrote a letter to the owner of the salon and was ignored. No apology from anyone. Clearly, they don’t care and that’s unacceptable.

Courtenay is the best! I’ve seen her twice and she’s been very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable! I previously had my hair colored and it turned out a good bit darker than my natural color I was wanting to enhance. Courtenay explained what our options would be to get me back to my target color and made me feel confident in trusting her with my hair. She was able to get my hair back almost completely to its natural auburn without damaging or bleaching my hair! I’m very happy with the results and will continue to visit her and recommend others!

Horrible customer service, I took appointment for blow dry and styling for a party, Rachel blow dry them in like 2 minutes I requested her to put some curls she frowned and just like used curling iron for a minute and said you are ready. There was absolutely no difference from before and charged me $ 35 for doing nothing. I went home and my husband asked if you really got anything done to your hair because they looked the same, I called them and they told me they are going to charge me again for adding any curls and that its my mistake that I didn’t communicated well with her and then told me their manager will call me back and she never called back. I had no energy and time for more argument. In short they treat you like trash

I went in to see Denise for a consultation and then to return for color. I needed a complete color overhaul — I wanted to go from bright vampire red to a subtle sombre, going from dark brown to caramel. Denise took her time, paying extra attention to damaged hair and conditioning like crazy between color treatments, first color removal, then dark color, then highlighting. I was there for 5 hours, and she stayed positive, pleasant and patient, working gently with my hair to finally achieve the look I wanted. While I enjoyed the bright reds for a year, I feel really pretty returning back to colors that occur in nature, and I really love my color. Really love it. I will definitely be back for Denise’s expert touch.

Wow, looks like they got rid of their Demand Force reviews, maybe they had too many bad reviews. I had a horrible experience not too long ago. They gave me the wrong hair color, and double charged me. Then preceded to tell me that I was making it up. There was no discrepancy. After having to prove it and send them receipts and a snapshot of my bank account they finally credited it back. No apologizes offers or recognition of any kind. I wanted to make sure this made it to Unilocal since my Demand Force review disappeared.

Ive had terrible previous experiences at hair salons so i was definitely hesitant when a friend of mine recommended me to Breeze Salon and Spa. My stylist was Megan and I must say I was very pleased with the end result. I wanted a short haircut, a couple of inches above my shoulders, I told her I didn’t want layers nor bangs and she listened! She didn’t do what she thought would look good on me, she did exactly what I asked for. Megan was not pushy and even suggested that I get a toner to even out my previous horrible dye job. I agreed to the toner and I was even more pleased with the end result. I definitely recommend Megan to anyone who is hesitant on going to a salon.

The salon is nice, the products are good, but the haircut I got was the worst I’ve ever gotten and it was not inexpensive! I am so disappointed. I got my haircut there a few weeks ago, and every day I think, «Ok, today I am going to make it look good.» But I just can’t do it. It looks frumpy. I have short hair, which is much trickier to cut than long hair and sadly, so much was cut off that I have nothing to work with so I just have to wear hats until it grows. Very disappointed. I love short hair, but I have yet to find someone in the Cedar Park area who knows how to cut with any style.

My usual hair lady moved to a different area so I made an appointment here because I had been waxed at breeZe before. The lady that highlighted and cut my hair is a color specialist and she did a horrible job. She had me sign a piece of paper confirming the services she was providing, fine. By the time I got done with that she had already mixed the color up with out even asking me what colors or type of highlights I wanted. I’ve had my hair a light bronde color for several years and this chick completely messed it up. My hair turned out very dark to the point I will have to have it done again in 4 weeks because my grays will be very noticeable. The cut was the only decent part of the service. To top it off she charged a ridiculous $ 229 before tip for highlights and a cut. Seriously!?! I will never be back, horrible experience.

I went to Breeze today with a last minute appointment. Jenny was my stylist, and she did a great job! I have had a hard time finding someone in the area, so I was anxious. I love the cut. I also really appreciated that she wasn’t afraid to ask questions. There’s nothing worse than a stylist who just assumes she knows what you want or that you’re happy with what’s happening. I would recommend Breeze and Jenny a million times over.

I received a call from the salon a while back to follow up and offer a complimentary hair cut with a master sylist. I decided to try again yesterday. To sum it up, I will not be returning to this salon. I’m not sure if it was an issue with overbooking but my appointment was rushed and awkward. The stylist was skilled but when I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she was negative at best. She sited cost and that it would be near impossible to get the color with the«expensive» lightening process, but it seemed more like she did not have the time/patience. I had two people rushing to get the hair dye on, which was a first. After that the stylist did my cut but had some else style or finish up my hair. I like the color and I love the cut but it’s not what I wanted. So all in all, no thanks to this business.

I LOVED my experience here. They were able to get me in on 3 hrs notice, as I conveniently ended up with extra time and childcare(which never happens). Chrissy was honest, confident and super sweet and friendly. She not only cut my hair the way I’d asked, but she did it expertly and even taught me a trick for blow drying. I’ve been going to Noelle at Breeze Salon in Cedar Park for a year now and am always thrilled with the color and cut. Noelle readily admits she has OCD when it comes to getting highlights just right and I’m fine with that. She also does manicures and pedicures and although I haven’t gone to her for nail services yet, there was one customer waiting for her during my last visit, who refused to see anyone else because she said Noelle’s manicures lasted much longer. All of the employees at Breeze are cheerful and seem to work together very well. I always enjoy browsing the many Aveda products and have not been disappointed when I actually purchase a product or two.

I would usually give Breeze five stars, but my last experience wasn’t the best salon experience I’ve ever had. I usually go to Julie — who is nothing short of amazing. She’s able to translate my quirky examples of what I don’t want, and produce exactly what I was envisioning! And she never gets fussy if I’ve taken the scissors to my own hair then come to her with ever expectation that she’ll be able to work some magic! Unfortunately my dear Julie was on vacation when I needed her after a sleepwalking, self trimming incident(yes, I was sober). It wasn’t too bad actually– but the perfectionist in me wanted the choppy spots smoothed out. I couldn’t wait for Julie so I took an appointment with another senior stylist who, unfortunately doesn’t know me very well. I’m not happy with my hair cut — at all. BUT, I know she is a great stylist with a solid reputation so I’m not going to name her. She just doesn’t know my hair, my rules, and… tho I did try to speak up a couple of times, I was more timid than usual. And she assured me what she was doing needed to be done. Oh and the product! I was very clear about what I use in my hair. I do not like sticky, gummy hair. But that’s exactly what I left with. I should have said more… because for three days I’ve been moping and pouting about my Sinead O’Conner hair. Hoping when Julie gets back on Weds she can help with the shape — or something. I don’t even want to look in the mirror. Note — the haircut in the photo here was done by Julie. I loved this cut!

I’ve long thought the 11th commandment should have been. «Thou Shalt Not Cheap Out on your Hair». If there is one place you can’t cut corners, it’s your locks. If you want beauty to trickle down, you can’t leave the top a mess. I’ve been going to Denise for years now and just love her. The salon is decorated beautifully, the shampoo area is relaxing, the spa area is beautiful and everyone who walks out of there looks fabulous. Sure you can find a cheaper place, but do you wanna look Fantastic Sams good? Or front cover of the Social Section good? My only reco is that they put some better lighting in the hair cutting area. This chick is getting old and seeing myself downlit just ain’t as purty as it used to be. But from the rumor mill they are fixing this pronto. But if you want the best cut and highlights around, this is your new place.
