Had my first micropeel today and I have to say my face feels absolutely AMAZING!
My appt. was scheduled for 3:15pm with Shelby and she was not only right on time for my appt. but also very thorough in explaining everything she was doing & why. Overall experience was great & I’ll definitely be going back!

Great visit last Friday with Michelle for Botox. I was a new client to the spa and very impressed with the service I received. I will go back for facials and future needs.
The front office team was amazingly professional and I am IMPRESSED!

Look how they scarred Sonia I. smell lawsuit How is this place still up and running I have no idea. When I went it was dirty They tried to strong arm me into an up sale and were testy and unprofessional when I called them on it. Please read Unilocal before you roll the dice and end up here.

I got 20 units of Botox in my forehead for the first time. I love how it smoothed out some of the wrinkles however I’m not happy with how it has affected my eyes. My right eye looks puffy and my left eyebrow is sticking up unusually high. I wish the injector would have taken into consideration my short forehead and this being my first time. When I questioned if 20 units was too much she said it was nothing and that she does 60 units at a time. I think she was either inexperienced or not a good practitioner. I will find someplace else.

First time here. very clean office. The ladies here are super friendly. The lady that did my botox was super nice and knowledgeable. I was going to get juvederm because I thought I needed it but she recommend I wait on that, I love that she was honest like that and not just trying to sell more. I will definitely come back soon. I can’t see the results yet of the botox until a few days. I do recommend this place. Thank you ladies for a great experience! !!

Stay away! I got a severe droopy eye after Botox. I wanted 35cc and she insisted I needed 48. I’ve had the treatment many times and this never happened. Untrained uncertified and unprofessional staff.

It took me 3 years to find the perfect spa for me in Austin. I drive 30 minutes to get to this spa and it’s all worth it. They are not about the money and it shows; it’s all about you when you visit this spa. Amazing owner, amazing team. Knowledgeable, Courteous and with a lot of patience in their hands. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, and god knows how picky I am.

Like Sonia I was also badly burned at this spa when I went for laser treatment on my hands. I had first and second degree burns all over the backs of my hands. Like Sonia I was given samples of lotion to use. I went to my own doctor and paid out of my own pocket for proper medical care. I had to use prescription cream and antibiotics to avoid an infection and help reduce scarring. I went to them to show them the damage after going to the doctor. They never offered a refund at all. They never offered to pay for my medical expenses. I had a positive balance on my account from purchasing a package and they never offered even that money back. They did offer to let me come back for microdermabrasion treatment to help diminish the appearance of scarring but there is no way I would ever let them touch me again. I will post photos. Please be aware. The pain and scarring that can occur from untrained staff is unimaginable.

Love this place ! Been a loyal client for 3 years… Never had a single problem and even continue to drive back for treatments after moving to Dallas ! Have refered several friends and will continue too.

I found the establishment to be professional, no tip jars anywhere from what others have said, was not asked to purchase more Botox from what I had purchased from the Groupon and when I asked the strength of the Botox was told it was full strength and not diluted in the slightest. My technician had been employed by a dermatologist in Dripping Springs before coming to Beautiful Solutions. She only does the Botox and fillers – like Juvuderm. She said you didn’t need a Groupon as their normal price is what I paid for the Groupon. I will definitely return. Patty

This spa gave me second degree burns on my face and then gave me samples of burn cream to «make it all better.»
They sent me to their «doctor» which is a general practitioner at their convenience. I couldn’t eat solid food, smile or speak for a week! AVOID THIS DISASTER. I am now scarred for life. I look like a monster without makeup. They ruined my face and my life. I cry every day. I have anxiety and I can’t go to the store without heavy makeup. Forget hiking or enjoying the spring. And their answer is to continue to avoid my calls. They never even offered to refund my money! This spa is a butchery. Go to a dermatologist instead otherwise you’ll be their next victim!

I got a groupon here which shôuld have been a red flag. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist sounded like an older southern woman who was very sweet. I was very excited to get my botox here at this point. the injections were fast and painless although the offices were outdated and dirty. After I left the lady who did my botox walked me to the counter where there is a giant sign that says «gratuity appreciated» and then she asked me what I wanted to tip her. I’ve never heard of tipping a nurse/​doctor specialist for injecting botox. I thought that was very tacky. I’m supposed to leave 20 percent on 150 $? wouldn’t that defeat the point of me saving 40 $ by purchasing a groupon? What a scam! I will not return !

I have had a wonderful experience with Beautiful Solutions. The owner Cindy has an amazing eye for her craft. She gave me the best results I have ever had with a procedure never recommend to me before. I am very very pleased with the outcome. I was not rushed through the visit like I am normally at med spas. I have read some reviews of people who were not pleased with their services. I find that unfortunate because it was the opposite for me. Sure their is not the fancy lounge with herbal tea and aroma therapy in the waiting room. That didn’t even matter because my results are what mattered and I have amazing results. I plan to be a return customer.

I moved 2 ½ hours from Austin, but I still drive into Cedar Park to have Cindy do my Botox. She is awesome! I have tried others and there is little or no results. If you have an issue with anything, I recommend calling Cindy, she is owner and will go out of her way to make sure it is made right.

I had an appointment last Friday they called two hours before to cancel, fine. I make another. I get there at 5 minutes to 3pm they take me back quickly put on numbing cream and she says it will be 20 minutes. It’s 3:49 I’m still waiting! I am the only customer in the office why am I waiting so long. Finally I get up and go to the front to ask what’s going on??? I just don’t understand how you can be so rude! I was on time and even early should I not be treated in the same fashion? Four women were just sitting in the front office hanging out doing not a thing. But here I sit almost 50 minutes into my appt and It hasn’t even started yet. The numbing cream is not even numbing much anymore. Should I just leave. I have a conference at 4:15. My last appt took 35 minutes. What happened to this place? Very sad. I took off work early for nothing! So frustrating how some people treat others.

My gut has told me something isnt right with this place. I feel like Ive been scammed. Was talked into a «package» that had 5 mini treatments for $ 49 yet when I go to use one of them I am charged $ 30 for a mandatory tip, for a service that took 10 min. Really??? Not really seeing the botox result either.

After reading some of the other reviews I feel like I may have been scammed. I purchased a Groupon for 40 units of Botox, but it seems like the botox did not work at all? I have had Botox at Personique and it worked great and in only about a week.
I have contacted them about the botox not working, we will see how they deal with it. I will NOT pay for a touch up.

I went in for a Botox injection I bought through Groupon. The entire experience was smooth and my injection worked great.

I bought a LivingSocial coupon for a reduced priced package. I was supposed to receive Microderm Treatment, Facial, Swedish Massage, IPL Treatment for Hands, and Skin-​Tightening Treatment for Jawline.
I was scheduled for a couple of the treatments at the first appointment. I was to come back for following treatments.
The clinician informed me that I was paying for a «taste» of the treatment… not the treatment itself. I waited for over half an hour and drove 20 minutes for a 5 minute treatment that didn’t even really give me a «taste» of what I paid for.
I believe that the aestheticians don’t fully agree with the offers made by the company. Perhaps the offers were too «Grand» and the facilitators became fed up with the arrangement. Either way I was disappointed and didn’t return for any more treatments.
(I am now aware that LivingSocial would have refunded my money. Too bad I learned this too late, but now I know!)
