Love Dale! Awesome service. Over the years, he has added gutters to my house, changed out down spouts and most recently replaced gutter screens. Always shows up on time and does a great job! I like a local company that stands behind their work.

These guys are legit, the real deal. I got a few different quotes, but they came out to the be most reasonably priced, had a good warranty and the same quality materials. I would highly recommend them.

I had new gutters installed on one side of my house. Though it was a small job, I received 5-​star treatment. They always called me back, answered my questions and gave me suggestions that fit my needs. I had a rain barrel in an odd place and they came out after the install to re-​direct the downspout. Amazing service AND affordable.

We bought a new house 3 years ago that didn’t have gutters. We kept hearing about the importance of gutters to protect your home’s foundation and wanted to put our rainwater to good use using rain barrels.
We were referred to AAG by a friend so we called them and another bigger company to come give us a quote. The price and product of the 2 companies were almost identical, but the customer service given to us by AAG was far superior! With AAG the owner of the company showed up and walked around the house with me and talked to me about what we wanted. Then he took a few minutes to measure and write up a bid, he talked me through it and gave recommendations on rain barrel size and location and rain chains. He also doted on my son which is always a plus. The larger company sent out a sales rep who did his spiel but nothing more.
Since the price and product were essentially the same we decided to go with the smaller mom & pop company and were thrilled by the work. Gutters were installed while we were at work along with the rain chain we left for them. We have just received our rain barrels and the owner of AAG said he will come out when we’re ready to cut down our drain pipes to fit the rain barrels.

I was finishing up building a house and thought that I would get gutters to help with drainage around the house. I had contacted 3 companies to get bids from.
Affordable Gutters was Johnny on the spot and were the first one to come out. The estimator Mike I think gave me a price and stated that it would a price that I could not beat. He also told me it would be a week or so before they would be able to get to me. He was so helpful on recommending what colors I should use and the size and where the downspouts should be placed. I did not have to pay half down before the work was done. He called back a couple of days later and stated that they had another job in Lago and they could get to me the next day if I wanted. Maybe I should have waited on the other companies to give me bids but I thought their bid seemed to be a fair price. I just had a gut feeling and had gotten great reviews from 3 people that I talked to about their service with Austin Affordable Gutters so I went with them and they did a great job. Maybe could have gotten a cheaper price with another company but they seemed to be honest people to deal with. I had no complaints with the guys who did the install. In fact they were a few feet short on one run and did not have enough material with them to finish the job. The installer Walter called to have more material brought out to the job and in fact the owner Dale Perry himself bought out the additional material to complete the job.
Just good people to deal with. I should know since I have had some bad experiences with subs ripping me off during the building of this house.

Hail damaged our old gutters and roof. However, I didn’t just want to slap new gutters up without taking advantage of this opportunity to revamp the exterior paint job.
I called four gutter companies, even two of what I’ve seen mentioned as «premier» companies elsewhere, which basically means «the most expensive». Four might seem excessive but it paid off in the long run.
The two «premier» companies were so busy «selling» me that I couldn’t wait for them to leave. I hate that feeling. You know where they are so busy listening to themselves talk and they are just so impressed with their selves… Yes, their gutters looked super high-​tech and fancy as all get out. But do I need to pay three times as much for something if I don’t have to?
The other company I called was super cheap. Like a fraction of the cost I had already been quoted. But they wouldn’t return my calls with questions about warranty, materials used, etc.
Austin Affordable Gutters made it easy. Super nice guys. They agreed to come early back in June (at no extra or upfront cost) and remove our old gutters so that we could have our house painted beforehand. They didn’t mind having to wait to install while I shopped for rain barrels and painters. No problem for them. They stayed in contact regularly for the 6 weeks until installation.
Once I let them know the house was painted, they scheduled installation about a week out. I was supposed to have had all my rain barrels placed where I wanted them and leveled. But my husband was travelling and I couldn’t get it all done myself.
So there were two of the five that were just sitting where I wanted them but not yet on level ground. The installers were super nice and didn’t lash out at me for not having stuck to my end of the bargain. Once they left and my husband came home a couple days later, we discovered that one of the downspouts wasn’t high enough or long enough to reach the rain barrel.
I called them back explaining it was partially my fault. The owner of the company, Dale, showed up and fixed it himself. And before leaving he was kind enough to fix some places in my roof near the gutters where the roof installers were in too big of a hurry to throw in a few extra nails where they should have.
I highly recommend Austin Affordable Gutters!
Everything about dealing with this company was positive. They made this suburban housewife happy. (And those hot shirtless installers were just icing on the cake.) ;)
