Defender Pest Control

Been dealing with nasty raccoons for a couple of years now. Redid the siding and thought the problem would go away since we found places where they had pulled it back before it was redone. Not! I called Defender and cannot tell you in enough words how pleased I am. I was expecting to have to get a second mortgage on the home for their services. Not! Defender’s representative, James, came out within a couple of hours of me making the call. He immediately found out how the critters were getting in the attic. He installed a cage on the attic fan and has come out daily to check things out. We now have captured two raccoons in less than a week’s time. He has gone into the attic to assess damages, etc. Also, he will be sealing the fan vent so that no more critters can access my attic. When he was on the roof today, he found several places where the shingles were not tarred properly. He will also be fixing those areas. Yes, there is a mess in the attic that is going to need fixing. Will be talking to the insurance company about that and James gave me a great referral as to who would do the best job of restoring what the critters destroyed. Defender’s services have done all of this and more for a nominal fee. The attentiveness to detail and our comfort was a priority to them. I highly recommend Defender!

Called on a Saturday afternoon for what I suspected to be a large, dead animal in a bathroom ceiling vent tube.
The owner, James Green, was at the house within three hours of my call. He was professional and told me exactly what his plan was. Turned out not to be as bad as I had feared and Mr. Green charged me a very reasonable rate for his services.
