Carlo’s Restaurant Pizzeria & Sports Bar

My first visit to this new BBQ spot was great. Friendly staff! Brisket and broasted chicken was delicious ! It was a nice evening to sit outside on the patio. The food did take a bit long, but chicken does take time to cook. I will go back to try the pork and pizza

This place is one of the worst restaurant & sports bar in Cedar Lake Indiana. Tonight will be the last time I order for delivery. I wanted a delicious dinner. First off when I called to make the order server Albert from station 5 didn’t want to listen to the customers order, he was in such a hurry he messed up in my order, He wrote down opposite then what I wanted. He acted rude, didn’t appreciate the customer service over the phone. He acted like he was in a hurry to take my order and off the phone, He didn’t take his time to listen. He messed up the order because he didn’t want to listen.
I wanted a 8 piece chicken wing dinner
He wrote a 8 piece chicken dinner on the slip. The food was cold, barbeque sauce all over the bag, fries, garlic bread, and mozzarella sticks
It took forever for my delivery to get here. I ordered my food at 7:54:47 pm it didn’t get here to me until 8:54 pm. So I had to eat dinner late, it wasn’t here in time for the game.
When I opened the bag, iit wasn’t what I wanted, I looked at the receipt. I wanted a 8 piece barbeque chicken wing dinner.
I called Carlo’s to make a complainant. They said they would bring the right order. But I had to pay for there mistake. I didn’t like it.
