Traveling down the gulf side of Florida and heard about Cedar Key. Found this location through passport america, one night half price. Decided to book it and added an additional three nights. Nice, clean park. Excellent spotless restrooms and decent sized level, full hook ups, paved pads. Small pool, clubhouse, and a tiny dog run. We were told when we checked in that they were having a happy hour get together that afternoon at three. We got ourselves set up and went over. Disappointed, we did not feel welcome. Everyone here seems to know each other. And, didn’t seem to want us to join in. We received a lot of stares and looks, which we acknowledged with smiles. But no one said hello. We left. The next morning there seemed to be something going on in the clubhouse and again in the evening. We have no idea as to what these were as we were not given a schedule of activities. While walking around, everyone was pretty friendly, weird that we felt so uncomfortable when they were in their group mode. Washers and dryers available for $ 1.50 per use. Weird though that you can only use cold water. Prices were high, high, high. With our discount figured in rates were about $ 47 a night. We were told we were getting the old rate since I booked so long ago. No refunds! $ 190 for 4 nights seems excessive. We are staying in the Keys in February for $ 160 a week. Maybe their long term rates are better. But we will pass next time we come through this area.
