Chef Dana prepares many traditional foods from her native country in the Philippines and then sources local ingredients and flavors creating an entirely modern dish that is truly fabulous and approachable by western cultures.

Tamarind Catering is an inspiration of Chef Dana’s desire to create modern cuisine that is fresh, unique, and derived from Asian sources. Her influence to many traditional dishes has created an underground of Asian carte du jour.
