Craig Cantrell the owner of Proactive Pest Services has been in the customer service industry since 1984 first in the arena of floor covering and home remodeling and then exclusively in the pest and wildlife control industry starting in 1993
Craig and his wife Annette decided after 6 years of working first for a national pest company and then for a small local company that the time had come to pursue our goal of starting a business where we could provide the level of service we felt our customers deserved.
