Pretty disappointed… they don’t stand behind their own band wheels. Also the tried to put 85psi in tires the sold me that say max pressure is 65… you got to be kidding me??? Pretty flakey gone down hill recently. Go somewhere else.

Can I tell you, I love these guys at THIS Discount Tires! I went to another discount tire 2 hours ago to check my tire that was losing pressure, they said nothing is wrong and sent me on my way. I found the screw on my next stop so I drove to the CEDAR HILL location. It was after closing time and they fixed it anyway! Class act of you ask me! DISCOUNT TIRES IN CEDAR HILL TEXAS WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS FOREVER!

Gotta love these guys. Like NTB, I find the place to hire honest people who will tell you when you don’t need to purchase their products. I had a flat tire and stopped to buy a new one. They promptly inspected, found nothing wrong, and informed me of the natural process of air loss over time. Then, pointed me to a ‘free tire pressure check’ line. Once in that line, I received another thorough inspection, and free air for all 4 existing tires, filled to manufacturer’s suggested PSI, plus more free advice. Ah, sweet relief.
Had I needed a tire though, I would have bought it here. As a long time customer, I know I’ll get a gr8 deal, smiling face service, and BONUS free tire repair or replacement when needed. Can’t beat that anywhere. I’m sold.

They always work with me to get the best deal possible, give me as much pro rata on road hazard warranties as possible, and they get your tires on fast. They’re always happy to fix a flat or air you up if you need, no charge.

Everyone was friendly and they worked hard and fast. I had budget issues, and they worked to accommodate me. When my car wouldn’t start, they jumped me off with a personal car. They all went out of their way to help me.

I’m here today to replace my wheel. I was greeted right as I walked in and assisted in less than 5 minutes. Scott (store manager) assisted me and had my issue identified in those 5 minutes. I paid for my new wheel and I’m waiting for it to be replaced. I’ve bent like 4 other wheels. Yes I am a terrible driver. They have the best price for a replacement. They also make sure my tire is good to go. I’ve replaced my tires here several times. Costco beat them out on price this last time but had they not I would’ve purchased here.
This is my 3rd visit to this store. They are always helpful, attentive and super nice. I can’t believe other folks would be treated otherwise. I’ll be returning here. They are trustworthy, prices are almost always lower and the staff are awesome.

Incredibly friendly and fast service. Since it’s a national chain, your tire information is available just about anywhere. I’ve been to several Discount Tires around the nation and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve encountered.

These guys are pretty good. It’s a national chain so you can get service just about anywhere if you have an issue. Their prices are good and seem willing to price match any reputable establishment. I recommend using the online appt feature, they can get a long wait going, especially in the afternoon/​evenings.
