Dr. Austin was great. I had a full body skin check and she was very thorough and asked about sunscreen and my history. I ended up getting one spot removed I was concerned about and I had quotes of costs before they did anything. I didn’t wait long for my appointment. The entire visit and procedure was under an hour. You pay for everything at time of service. It was more affordable that I expected. I will return here to Dr. Austin if I need to.
If I get any surprise bills I will update this, I was told everything was included in the price I paid.

Very friendly office staff. Found out about the office in now Southwest magazine. Called to make an appointment. Needed a way removed fit the first time. Everything was explained to me, the procedure took no time.

Like other reviewers, the office provided me with incorrect appointment time information. Consequently, I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to see Dr. Carter. I found her condescending and not particularly concerned about my skin issues. I won’t be back.

I had to come back and give an update of 5 stars… again. I had been to two other dermatologists and only Dr. Carter’s treatment worked this well and this fast. Within days my skin was glowing! It is rejuvenated and I’m very grateful. It is amazing how confident and amazing you feel when your skin looks good. Thanks again, Dr.Carter. I cannot recommend you enough.
