Great customer service! My dad bought a bike there last year and has been wanting to get a trainer so he can get ready for RAGBRAI. I wasn’t able to buy a gift certificate online, but emailed from their website and got a response from Russ, the owner. He recommended calling the shop and they were very helpful. They offered to mail the gift certificate to me, my dad(the recipient), or hold it at the store. I opted for holding at the store as I live out of state. My dad is excited to come in and shop for a trainer.

EC&S rocks! All the employees are helpful and extremely friendly. They take extra time to make sure each customer is taken care of in a fun kinda way. I appreciate their interest for all who enter the shop. I also learn something each time I’m there(N+1=bikes) It’s especially awesome when Russ plays the bag pipes though. Thx! ~Brian

I’ve been using the service department at Europa for a few years now. The head mechanic Mark Stevenson is nothing short of incredible. He knows I’m slightly picky… He’s a good listener and can read between the lines. As far as a bike shop goes they’re batting a 1000. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Cedar Valley. Thanks for keeping us rolling!

I purchased a 2014 salsa mukluk 2 from these guys a few months ago. They’ve got a great selection of bikes at a decent price. They listen to your concerns and make an adamant effort to getting issues resolved in a extremely timely manner. They’ve got an extensive product knowledge as well. I’ve brought my bike in for a tune up a few times and the turn around time on both occasions has been 24 hours. Typically I have buyers remorse but haven’t felt that with my purchase from Europa.
